Interesting food shopping and has the bonus of hot prepared food to eat in or take away. Great selection of products, particularly fresh foods.

We were staying in 58th and this was a close, quick, healthy and cheap option. Everyone could chose their own cuisine and a nice place to sit is provided. I recommend that you go to the place a number of times. Make sure you don't line up at the coffee place if you don't want coffee. The line around the... More

Open 7-11, delivering a range of things for picnics or late night snacks. One thing though - if you just want plain apple juice or sodas, you will have to go to the 24hour drugstore round the corner

Had some time to kill while my wife shopped at Columbus Circle so I decided to tool around Whole Foods , grab a coconut water and read a book in their eating area. It is one crowded store and not many seats available, but I was able to share a booth. The store is well stocked and the buffet area... More

Hit the spot for healthy, delicious, late night noshing. And all the beautiful people were there. Great music too.

I try to stop here whenever I am in NY. I can find/pick up things that I can't find at home in my local grocery store. The Whole Foods grocery store never disappoints.

Whole Foods is the place I always seem to visit halfway into a trip when I've been eating nothing but carbs and fats and need a top of up of steamed veg and lean meat. Columbus Circle is always busy, the queuing system takes a bit of getting used to. However, you can rely on their ready to go meals... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
