Visited on August 21st...I'm a huge espresso fan and gotta say that their espresso is one of the best I've ever had!! So much so that I went back for seconds on the same day!! Had the espresso with milk (medium size) which was perfect as I enjoy the strong taste of espresso so the large might not have hit... More

I drink lots of coffee and espresso. While walking in the Chelsea Market we spotted Ninth Street Espresso and decided to give it a try. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and this met and exceeded my expectations. Bravo - HIGHLY recommended.

I normally drink a flat white. These guys make a superb espresso with milk, and it costs $4 whatever size you buy. Good service, relaxed pace, wi-fi - perfect for the daily fix.

I was recommended to go here by a Barista from Melbourne and I wasn't disappointed. The milk was a little creamy but when you are craving for a good coffee you will get one here.

My husband and I are latte snobs. One a day for sure! We went to Chelsea Market and really wanted a latte. Kind of bummed that Ninth St Espresso didn't have a latte on the menu. But, alas there was not another coffee place with a latte on the menu and the coffee did smell wonderful so we ordered -... More

Cool, relaxed, unassuming, non-rushed place. Go if you want to coffee, maybe a pastry and have something on hand to read at leisure.

I’m a bit of a coffee addict and I have to say that Ninth Street Espresso does the best coffee that I have ever tasted. The place has good Wi-Fi, nice seating and the coffee is excellent. What more do you need?

Stayed in an apartment across the road during a two week, first-time visit to New York. This coffee was the best I had in all of New York. I had one almost every single day. It is almost the best coffee I have had, ever.

Too hot, burnt beans, weak etc etc; yes that's the typical NYC coffee. But not at Ninth St. We found it and had two coffees straight up it was that good. Great service and they even gave us a tip for a few other places. Highly highly recommend

This latte was the creamiest and freshest I've ever had. The reviews say great coffee and I agree but I think its because its so fresh. It really is so fresh that the true flavor of the beans come right through. Brigitte Grisanti New York Foodie will be back everytime she's in Chelsea.
