We found this restaurant simply by walking around the streets near our hotel on our first evening and it seemed to provide the sort of breakfast we were looking for to go to the following morning. The staff were always friendly and pleasant and work hard. The atmosphere was cheerful with TV screens which gave the current news which was... More

It's right at the entrance of Hilton Time Square, we ate there once for breakfast before we figured out that we could do better elsewhere, like Carnegie's Deli, Its like night and day

Was it an off night? I don't think so... Convenient location to the Hilton, that's it! Had dinner there after a long day in the city. Pasta dish was cold and flavorless. Steak "special" was un-eatable. Dirty floors, staff that seems like on their fourth shift, expensive for the experience. Walk a few blocks and find someplace else.

I went and had a chicken dish which was delicious, it took awhile to come out but the staff were impeccable and were super friendly and kept me up to date with where my meal was at which was great. From the moment I walked in the staff member greeted me warmly and took me to a seat straight away.... More

Quiet place in Times Square ( what a relief) good menu range, BUT watch for 17.5% gratuity automatically added to the bill. At least the server pointed this out when I tried to tip her. Expensive meal $53 for dinner !!!

I really like Appelbee's and I have eaten at this location in the past for dinner. On this business trip I just ate there for breakfast and it was very average. If I was staying at the Hilton again, (above Appelbee's) I would probably eat there again.

Disliked that the price of the food and the Applebee's we visited gave us the amount of tip we were required to pay without giving us the option to choose the tip according to the service received. Disappointed.

breakfast was good…and the drinks were very good! beware-they add gratuity to all the checks! My husband liked his mushroom burger…a little pricey but it is Times Square.

We went there a late night and ordered our food, which arrived in a few minutes, which on the one side is fine, but in retrospect properably was the problem. The steak that was ordered "rare" was more than welldone, both steaks were semi cold and to top it off my girlfriend found pieces of plastic (properably from a plastic... More

The food was just as expected for a chain restaurant. The service was a bit slow at first but did get better. Since this restaurant is in Time Square the prices were higher. For example: The fiesta lime chicken is normally like $12 in MD but it cost like $20 in NY. I did enjoy sitting and being able to... More
