I have trying to get here for a while to try the french fries and lemonade, but the lines were always too long. Since the weather was bad yesterday, I was able to get my chance. The fries were very good and fresh. The cheese sauce was tasty as well. I had the strawberry lemonade which was good. I had... More

After waiting for a long time in two queues (one to order and another to collect food) we had a great first Shake shack experience as tourists in the Big Apple. Fries especially good and a delicious concrete on the side...why don't we have this in the UK? London awaits...

I love this place. the only thing is that you have to have time to make the line to buy your meal. if you are patient, it will be worth it!! the burgers are perfect size & the fries are amazing.

Wow - delicious burgers, beautiful park to sit in to eat, quick service (once the long line moves up) and very reasonable prices for NY. Four of us ate lunch here on a beautiful Sunday. The line was about 20 minutes long but well worth it. Once the order was placed the food came in about five minutes. The burgers... More

I live in DC and came to the city for a weekend getaway with friends, had heard of Shake shack but was suspicious about wether it would measure up or not, and it did! Maybe the best burgers I've had and it was nice enough to sit in the park and relax.

We had ice cream and milkshake from this place and it was super tasty! Portions were big and the ordering system was really efficient. We did have to wait a full 10/15mins which seemed a long time for a simple order but the buzzer meant we could use the time to look around. It was worth the wait!

First off the place smelled bad, like dirty mop water I think. Ordered some food to go, it was, well....average. With so many unique dining options in the area this joint is a can miss. Frozen "custard" was ok. Again, not bad...but it was at the end of the day super average.
