If your looking for a delicious greasy burger this is hands down the best in NY. I hate to admit how often I frequent the shake shack when I'm in NYC. It's always super busy, but that's a good thing, it's a local favourite. Definitely give it a try!

It was a good burger in a compresence to the other mediocre burgers there are in new York city… sorry guys, but I had a much better burgers around the world. It was pretty cheap, the size was ok, but the line was so long, it was crazy. Should arrive here before noon or at the afternoon to avoid the... More

The hamburgers and the fries are truly excellent. The rest of the menu is creative including wine and beer. Unfortunately the setting is messy and too crowded and you cannot enjoy a good meal......

It's like an eatery from some fairy tale. I love how it lights up in the evening and the people lining up. Some like the burgers, I didnt find them 'out of this world' or anything. It's just a nice comfort spot in the city to end the day.

We stop every trip to NY. The shakes are great, and we cant wait to return. We did try the malt this trip, and it was lacking that matly flavor. Yes we will return, and be very happy with the shakes.

Shake shack is just another burger place to me - although they do have frozen custard - yum. But the views from this particular shake shack are unbeatable. Manhattan sits before you in all its glory. Everyone recommended that we HAD to eat at The River Cafe for its views ($120 per head) but with a family Shake Shack fits... More

I love this approach to fast food - order, pay and then wait with your buzzer till its ready to pick up! I actually went to the one in Grand Central Station - and had the Smokehouse burger - it was small and delicious, served in what looked like a toasted brioche bun, it had proper cheese, maple bacon, peppers... We visited here based on recommendation from a friend of mine. We stopped in for lunch and had a couple burgers and fries and I was really impressed with their burgers. Juicy and full of meat. Kind of similar to 5 guys burger. Not to mention we were able to eat under the shade trees in the park, which made... More

I generally enjoy a good burger and make it a priority to visit the good burger joints around the world. That is, until I visited shake shack. This is hands down the best burger I've ever had. In my life. The service is friendly, the fries are curly and the peanut butter milkshake is a one way ticket to Heaven.... More
