I love this approach to fast food - order, pay and then wait with your buzzer till its ready to pick up! I actually went to the one in Grand Central Station - and had the Smokehouse burger - it was small and delicious, served in what looked like a toasted brioche bun, it had proper cheese, maple bacon, peppers... We visited here based on recommendation from a friend of mine. We stopped in for lunch and had a couple burgers and fries and I was really impressed with their burgers. Juicy and full of meat. Kind of similar to 5 guys burger. Not to mention we were able to eat under the shade trees in the park, which made... More

I generally enjoy a good burger and make it a priority to visit the good burger joints around the world. That is, until I visited shake shack. This is hands down the best burger I've ever had. In my life. The service is friendly, the fries are curly and the peanut butter milkshake is a one way ticket to Heaven.... More

We were expecting a huge line up and a long wait time, but we ordered and picked up our burgers in less than 15 minutes. I ordered the Double Shack Burger with fries and coke and wow the burger was legit!! The patty was very juicy and flavorful. I liked how the burger was very simple without a whole bunch... More

I guess this chain is becoming more and more closer to McDonalds than anything else. Same story in London. Would probably prefer five guys to this. Ok for a quick bite in desperation.

A beautiful park and a yummy Chicago style hotdog or delicious hamburgher; what could be more New York! Although it is closed for renovations this is The Shake Shack to go to because of the unique park setting! The park is loaded with art work and it is a very charming place; especially when the weather is mild. The down... More

In our society we've adopted a worship of the alimentary and those who prepare the morsels we ingest are elevated to a "star status." The owner of Shake Shack, from all I've heard is a good boss and a smart businessman and he has benefited from the new theatrical status of dining-out. And now his low-end food exercise, Shake Shack... More

Once was enough! The burgers give Mickey D's a run for the money, plus there's a line. It's a stain on the Danny Meyer empire, which stars the fine MOMA dining establishment.
