Excellent service, Great food

When I first walked in the door I was greeted by a lovely employer and was given plenty of time to pick what I wanted at the counter. When got my meal I was very happy with it. Tasted great, filled me up and at a fair price. Thank you guys :)

This burger joint says great burgers, but the food and burgers are mediocre at best!!! The prices are outrageous for the tiny, ordinary burgers they serve. Save your money and find a street vender, food truck or another burger place, because this one is not worth your money!!

Blueberry milkshake was voted best in NYC. The other flavors are just as tasty. Lots of locals and students eating--which is a good sign. Decent prices, simple, but delicious menu (also serves beer)

You can build up hunger pain when at Bloomingdales.....if you do I suggest do not go to this place. Slow indifferent service. ....plastic or paper cups for your drinks.....average burgers with pretend titles at a high price. AVOID

What a horrible experience - not only was the food disgusting, but there was a big fat roach nestled in my burger, had I not seen it, I would have undoubtedly ate it. I complained to the incompetent manager, but all she could say was "that's expected everywhere you eat". No, I'm sorry, it's not. She continued to tell me... More

Great place for a great tasting burger! Quality ingredients and helpful staff. The restaurant was clean even though they were busy. Portion sizes for fries are good for 2 people.

All the food was organic and the burgers tasted great. The prices were a little high but it is NY. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. It is an order at the counter restaurant and there is plenty of seating area.

I had the Fresh Morning burger, which was really good & fresh. It's cheese burger with a fried egg on top, among other things. Don't be fooled by the "russet fries", they are just regular frozen french fries that were way too salty and a little soggy - and cost $3 for a small serving. Although good, not worth $16... More
