Best Pizza in NYC - period. Amazing experience overall.

Everyone in NYC "claims" to have the best pizza. In a quest to find the best pizza in NYC a 7 month quest was started online - and looking at countless reviews across multiple websites. Then the TOP 10 were put on a list. And then over the course of 6 weeks - we hit everyone one of them... read more

Wonderfully thin and crisp pizzas with generous toppings. Good salads as well. Would definitely return.

The pizza and salads are always delicious at Vezzo. We love the thin crust and the great toppings, especially the Carmelized onions. Salads are interesting and fresh! Wine is good and reasonable!

Pizza how it should be, thin and crispy with toppings to the edge. Good mix of sauce, cheese and toppings. No drama with making a change or two either to starters or pizza. Good baked cheesecake to finish off a simple dinner. If you're not down near Bleecker Street or little Italy then this place is worth a visit.

It's only 11 blocks (max 15 mins walk) away from Grand Central Terminal, really easy to find on Lexington Avenue. Great food and not too expensive unless you eat masses! Lovely, thin crust pizza brings out the flavours in the food. Staff just delightful and there's a friendly wine list. Will definitely make this one of my 'go to' places... More

Definitely not the cheapest, but certainly the best pizza in New York, if you like quality toppings and thin crust wood fired pizza. I've eaten there probably 20 times over the years... And it never disappoints! It's best to go early as they don't take reservations and there can sometimes be a wait, though they've expanded the restaurant now so... More

Brilliant NYC style pizza in a quaint resto around mid-town. We stumbled upon it and were so glad we did! Excellent!

Big fan of Vezzo's thin crust pizza. Personal pan thin crust pizza--the Classica--is $11. Add side salad and you have a great lunch. Brewskies on tap also offered. I like to bring out-of-town guests here to experience classic, well-made NY pizza. Worth seeking out Vezzo Tip: Al fresco dining, on 31st Street (away from noise of Lex), once weather turns... More

This lovely Restaurant is a hidden gem. We only found it because it happened to be opposite the Ramada hotel we stayed in. WHAT a Find! Wonderful Pizza, charming staff, fabulous atmosphere, great value. It's impossible to find anything negative to say. One our favourite New York food experiences. Maybe THE favourite. A great place.

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
