Cool place

Great food, not a lot of dishes but all very tasty. Meat was perfectly cooked and desserts were spectacular. Prices for the food were ok. Wine selection is great as well but if you don t take bottle and go for glasses is way too expensive. As other reviews pointed out the service was not as you... read more

Can't say that I liked much about this Gordon Ramsay restaurant. The staff is very indifferent. I've had breafast, lunch, and dinner here since it's adjacent to the London NYC, but I won't eat here again.

Average food and surly service. A shame as the bar had a good atmosphere. We were excited to visit after a recommendation. However, average food can be forgiven if it's accompanied by amazing service (in my view anyway). This was not the case. I've never had such rude service. Right from the hostess to the manager.

Maze standards have slipped. Most of the food was great but the service was appalling. The wait staff we were stood around chatting to each other while we waited to be asked if we would like a drink. When steaks arrived they had been cooked incorrectly because the order had been written incorrectly. We won't be returning.

Liked the relaxed ambience & the basic menu. Unfortunately my companion was under the weather so the experience was obviously not as good as anticipated. Would return however

We were very excited to try Gordon Ramsay"s restaurant when we checked in the associated hotel the London. Unfortunately, the service was so slow that a table of 2 next to us left. I had the fish and chips and it was served in a metal pan that seemed unique, however the fish sat on top of the fries and... More

This place was a big disappointment! Mr. Ramsay, I'm a fan and I have been to many of the restaurants with your name. I booked this place in New York to give my girlfriend a nice surprise. Checked the menu online, where it says that we can expect to choose from a good alacarte menu or different 5/7 course menus.... More

Overpriced. Quality of food average at best. Limited food available at buffet. On Saturday and Sunday food would run out. Have to ask multiple people to have food restocked on the Buffet. Often stay at the London NYC. By far our worse experience in the Wave. They must have made a management change for the worse. Hopefully will be corrected.

We have dined at a couple of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants and this one was not what I was expecting. It is within the London hotel and is tagged onto the bar which is odd so it is noisy and busy not really a relaxing dining environment. The service is poor as well, we were seated and then watched others seated... More

We selected Maze to dine as part of our Wedding Anniversary. The restaurante is inside the hotel. We sat down promptly. Although it was Sunday, the waitress recommended us the Beef Wellington (the menu is just a few selection of saladas and entrees). We chose it and we were blown away. It was delicious and enough for both of us.... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
