Don't think you are getting a spectacular meal at Maze. During Restaurant Week, the choices are very bland and even though you expect the food to be hot, it is served tepid. It takes forever to be served but we were not in a hurry and so that was OK for us and we had a wonderful time anyway. The... More

We visited Maze at the London hotel since we are constantly touring Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. This is the 5th GR restaurant we visit around the world. In terms of atmosphere, it's very posh - service is very structured and professional and we were given sometime to spend at the bar before our table was ready. The bar was full, so... More

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We were very impressed! The food and service were outstanding. Waitress and hosts were very friendly. $25 burger was worth every cent! Branzino fish and farro was an amazing taste combination. Even the duck confit tater tot appetizers were terrific!

I had no preconception if this restaurant, but if had dined at Gordon's restaurants before. This is a more casual version: no table cloths, noisy atmosphere, and small tables. Service was impeccable. We got our OT reserved table immediately, and the place was full. Wine by the glass was rather expensive at around $20 a pop for an ordinary Rioja... More

Well I have to start out by admitting that I am in love with Gordon Ramsey and watch all of his shows! So while in NYC I had to go to his restaurant Maze in The London Hotel. When I made our reservation on line before arriving NY there was a suggestion for dressier attire, meaning men wear a sport... More

We ate at Petrossian, Porter House, Nougatine at Jean-Georges and Estiatorio Milos before Maze during Restaurant Week, and were impressed by all of the others. Given Gordon Ramsey's reputation for perfection in all aspects, we expected the same for our dining experience. The decor was very pleasing and while trendy it was not overly noisy. The wait staff are among... More

This was my first visit to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and it was not disappointing. The decor is cool turquoise which gave the restaurant a peaceful but trendy ambiance. The staff was relaxed and attentive. We chose the pre-theatre dinner of three courses. This offered excellent value for the cost. The grilled watermelon salad was an tasty balance between sweet... My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary.. We love gordon Ramsay..we came with high expectations..most were met.. Interior was very nice romantic simple and elegant. It really didn't seem to be a gordon Ramsay restaurant his name was on some menus little bit outside and that was it..maybe he doesn't want his nam everywhere because of the sad service... More

Beef Wellington for 2 was amazing, it melted in your mouth. It takes 20-25 minutes, so plan accordingly, though it's worth the wait. Chic hotel and restaurant, loved it!

Is the individually prepared Beef Wellington for 2 people. Generous portions and comes with 2 sides of your choice. It is a short well balanced menu. If you are going pre theater remember the beef takes 25 minutes to prepare.
