I found the prix fixe, pre-theatre menu to be a wonderful option for a first try of the restaurant. (This menu even has some vegetarian options.) You can either choose two courses (appetizer + main course) or three courses, which includes a dessert. I was with a family member so we each got something different in order to try as... More

We both had the burger. And was extremely pleased. We had Gordon Ramsays burger in Vegas. At The Burger and The Pub. It was good but this was the best.

We visited New York for a Christmas season weekend and wanted the chance to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I was a little hesitant considering a number of negative reviews. We were a half hour earlier than our reservation but the hostess was happy to seat us early. Our wine waiter was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive and friendly.... More

We went for a late lunch when we arrived in New York. The wait staff ignored us until we asked for menus. The table next to us remained uncleared for 30 minutes even though plenty of servers and suits were around. The crab cake was a bit fishy but the burger was good. Good drinks and cappuccino.

Located inside the London, the Gordon Ramsay restaurant is worth dining at, but could be better. The caviar deviled eggs were good, but with using American caviar, It was hard to taste the duck in the duck tater tots. I would have thought they would have given more caviar. I had the cod and chips which were well prepared. One... More

We turned up at 6:45 this evening to a half-full restaurant but were told we could only sit in the bar area. The restaurant was stil half full when we left an hour and quarter later after experiencing some truly dreadful service. The waiter's attitude can only be described as surly. First, we were given a bar menu and were... More

Reserved her expecting a great meal from Gordon Ramsey fare. However, the meals we selected were average at best. The Pan Roasted Branzino had little distinctive flavor and was considerably "thinner cut" than typical. The Kale salad was also light on distinctive flavors and in fact entailed a bowl of kale with 2 pieces of chicken (our request was to... More

Amazing service with incredible food makes this a must stop in NYC. Located in the London Hotel on 54 th street near the theater district gives this restaurant a great spot. We were a bit early and they were able to find us a table. We had the butternut squash and Crab Cakes as appetizers and it was mouth watering.... More

We enjoyed the Thanksgiving buffet, at Maze at the London. It was a beautiful setting. Delicious food, a nice variety, Delicious food. The waiters were, prompt, helpful and friendly, they even offered to take pictures for people. The food was delicious. The desserts were very delicious. The only problem we had was that there was an extra drink charged on... More

I have read other reviews and our experience was definitely differently unique. The hostess and wait staff was exceptionally helpful making sure we were seated in the location requested. The service was very good, and all the servers that came to our table were smiling and "warm and fuzzy", besides being very helpful. My wife and I had the New... More
