Delicious and large variety of empanadas

If you would like some good empanadas in a casual and cozy setting, this is the place for you. Seating is a bit tight but still worth it. The guacamole side sauce they serve is heavenly.

I would have written a different review if I had not dined in for lunch. Although a bit pricey, they have a large selection of empanadas to suit everyone's needs and tastes. I personally enjoy the viagra and the cuban - their guacamole is pretty good too. However, after my last visit, not sure if I will be back for... More

After looking up the menu we thought there was a good chance of gluten free items/alterations. We went and found it and went in. Upon asking the staff - who seemed more disturbed and annoyed than wanting customers- we were just abruptly and rudely told - no, nothing can be done gluten free! No apology, no compassion. We left and... More

We were staying in Time Square and our son recommended this restaurant based on Trip Advisor comments and rating. Excellent choice! Small restaurant with outstanding service and food.

Did never expect to get such a good choice of different empanadas at this place. The prices are more then reasonable at the quality can keep up with upper price restaurants. I can strongly recommend to try the chicken, beef and carnitas empanadas and the fresh fruit juices.

A close as you will get to typical colombian empanadas. The pork tamale is excellent as well. It's worth a walk to get here.

We went there on recommendations from a friend and had a wonderful meal. The place isn't very big and the tables are on top of each other but worth the wail and close confines. Went went the recommendations of the server and the food was terrific. I wish we had been hungrier so we could have tried out more options.... More

This is a tiny hole in the wall that often has lines... because it's deeeeelicious. It's open very late, so is convenient that way too. I guess there are 2, I have only been to the one in Hell's Kitchen. We found it on a visit to NY about 3 years ago. Last year when we had a long layover... More

I tried this place out because of the recommendation by tripadvisor. I was not disappointed. There are a wide variety of empanada to chose from. I tried the spicy chicken and the chorizo. Both were delicious with a crunchy skin. I also tried the columbian style chicken soup with rice. It felt home made and very tasty. I would definitively... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
