My husband and I visited here twice on our honeymoon. The heat in July was almost unbearable, so finding a beer garden with umbrellas was delightful! The grilled cheese and ham sandwiches were delicious. It was right in the heart of the Rockefeller Plaza so the atmosphere was great.

I am a regular client of Brasserie Ruhlmann and enjoy it thoroughly. Ruhlmann offers excellent quality food of the "brasserie" type with a consistent quality and an efficient, discreet and friendly service. On the good days, eating at the terrace gives a great feeling of vacation in the middle or after work.

We had a light meal and a couple of glasses of wine here. Food and wine were excellent, service attentive without being obtrusive, and although we lingered, at no time were we made to feel that it was time that we should go.

We had lunch two times in this restaurant in October 2013 during our holiday in Nyc. We had a delightful meal based on american dishes. The restaurant is elegant and clean situated in front of the magical Rockefeller Center and a few steps away from the main points of interest. The staff is warm and helpful with tourists and this... My wife and I sat for a nice outdoor lunch. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque and house salad. Everything was fresh and nicely proportioned. Overall nice light lunch and can't top location across from Rockefeller Center

We saw this restaurant as we were exploring NYC in the day. Went back at night for tea/dinner. Wasn't too busy. Limited menu, staff were pleasant and wanting to help as and when. Food was okay and pricey, probably because of it's location. Food quality not worth the prices. (We had better in NY). Once handed the check, we paid... More

Average choice. Nothing significant. Expensive possibly because of location. Vegetarians - stay away... No choices.

My husband and I made reservations for brunch on Sunday. It was a beautiful day to enjoy the spectacular food prepared here. We started with the Classic Bloody Mary. Delicious so much so we ordered a second. My husband had oysters for a starter and I had the Crabcake. Both dishes were perfectly prepared. I enjoyed the wild mushroom omelette... More

The food and staff were so wonderful (highly recommend the hanger steak and onion soup). And the location - across from Rockefeller Center - is perfect. We had dinner there 2 nights and sat outside enjoying the sights and the weather. Perfection!!

While wandering around Rock Center, stopped in for lunch on a beautiful day. Good choice! We sat down in the outdoor mini-biergarten. The food was good with reasonable portions. The server quite friendly, and the setting nice and relaxing.
