Maybe I just chose badly, but the signature salad was very English (I.e. Very boring!) steak was good, desserts were good. Overpriced for what it was, but great setting, over the road from the Rockefeller centre.

A gorgeous terrace, and good food, bringing an outdoors dimension to the hard core shopping activities around Rockefeller Plaza.

Had a good beer outdoors while resting from our long NYC walk in a hot summer afternoon. The service is not that friendly but good. It is a great spot. No wifi though.

Midtown West Perfect Spot for lunch, if you're on a run, shopping around Saks, business lunch, family or friends. Its the perfect restaurant with a great menu to go. They have so many options to choose from that its hard deciding what to get. My favorite is the tuna tartare, always fresh and cold!! just the way I like it!... More

We were planning t have a drink at the cafe in the Rockefeller Centre, in the middle, where the ice rink is in winter. But we walked in and out, it was awful. But rhulman had tables outside which where perfect, if expensive, people watching drinks. I would not go, if I could not get a table outside. Service is... More

Came here after watching the sunset at the top of the rock. As we were coming for a special occasion we let the restaurant know and they reserved us a wonderful table and surprised us with a couple glasses of champagne. The waiter was great and recommended us a fine wine and provided meal recommendations. Enjoyed the ambiance and would... More

NY is expensive when you want to eat and drink good. This is not less expensive than the others, buth worth your money. We were sitting outside for lunch. Very good and polite service. Very tasty food. And you have the street to look at with all the curious people out there. You also can sit inside with A/C. One... More

Sat outside right in the Plaza on a beautiful day for a late lunch. Our waitress, can't remember her name, but she was great, very attentive and pleasant. Just ordered beer, my wife got the house Pinot Grigio which she said was great & we both ordered burgers with dirty fries. The food came out in a timely fashion, both... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
