They play loud rock music, - you are supposed to sit three hours on a bar stool without chair support and with a warm and burning kitchen in your face. We had to ask to the waiter to change us of that place because we were about to die from the heat. Our backs were hurting bad afterwards, we needed... More

The menu was an exquisite journey of well balanced flavours flawlessly executed from start to finish. The food never tries too hard, let's the taste and textures do the talking especially with the strong use of acid and herbs to balance out the richness of the meal. Service was excellent, and go for the innovative wine pairing.

I've had the privilege of eating at a few Michelin Star restaurants and tried some fancy tasting menus in my day, but I have to say that Momofuku Ko has been my favorite dining experience thus far! Went here for dinner and getting reservations on their website wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. In fact, I originally... More

this is a tiny place. hard to get a table. the tasting menu was very nice - creative with interesting fusion elements, but not too much. we enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching much of the preparation of the food. food was very good, we just didn't think it was THAT good. a bit too much hype about this... If you're a foodie, this is the place for you. Every dish on the evening taster menu was unique and delicious. The restaurant, although small, had a great atmosphere and we were close enough to the action to see the dishes being prepared and to ask the chefs about their dishes. It isn't cheap, so either you don't mind the... More

The spicy ramen was good. The chicken was only dark meat which I do not like. The seating is cafeteria style. We sat at a end and had to keep getting up and down.

Momofuku Ko 163rd 1st Avenue Chefs: David Chang / Sean Grey Cuisine: Fusion 2 Michelin Stars I am now sitting at my desk browsing the Momofuku Ko cookbook which I acquired from them and searching the local market for ingredients to prepare at least one of their absolutely stunning dishes at home, to amaze my friends. It will probably be... More

Ko was to be one of the highlights of our latest NYC foodie pilgrimage, and yes, it even exceeded our expectations! Superbly food! We especially loved the no nonsense approach brought by very adequate staff not hindered by any pretense. New to us was an almost complete bubbly winepairing, which went down well, to my surprise. And a special mention... More

Ko is a fantastic experience and the food is amazing. It's great to be so close to all the action, and interact with the chef's and the two wait staff. We had a brilliant time, drank lots with the wine pairing but mainly had wonderful and tasty food. Would recommend Ko to all foodies!
