Light airy and creamy

Great variety of cheese cakes. All are delicious, light and airy. Sweetness just at the right amount. We had the strawberry, cherry and Oreo. All were great. The best I've had. (For me the Oreo was the best...)

Small and discreet from outside but full of cheesecakes of different flavors inside. All freshly prepared. Very difficult to choose one. :)

I've had the plain cheesecake twice here and it is amazing. The smoothest creamiest cheesecake I've had in years. I also had the chocolate mousse and that was smooth and great as well. Not too overpowering but very chocolatey. I can't wait to try some other items from here.

Thankfully this was the last thing we ate in New York, which means that our trip ended on a sweet delicious note. Eileen's cracked the formula for the perfect cheesecake tarts and they are available for everyone, right there in the SoHo, for 3.75$ a piece. Recommended tastes are the red velvet and salted caramel tarts. Oreo cheesecake tart was... More

If you are looking to try a variety of cheesecakes this is the place to try. It has mini cakes so you can try a few of the flavours. They have banana, strawberry, blueberry, original, chocolate. caramel and many more. Located in the shopping district of Soho. This is a wonderful place for a quick dessert.

We had raspberry and white chocolate as well as mango cheesecakes. They were well priced and enjoyable, but we have both had better. It could be that our taste buds enjoy a different style. We are glad we went and tried them.

If you are like me and find yourself overwhelmed by the number of choices, choose several and share bites amongst your friends. The original is excellent and that's always a great sign, but none were disliked. Service was friendly.

When I travel to NYC I want a nice thick WEDGE of cheesecake. Not cheesecake in a cupcake liner...and unfortunately, that's how Eileen serves their individual "slices". I kept eyeing the large circular cheesecakes in the glass case praying that they would cut me a wedge, as cheesecake should be served...but no. The flavor was a lot sweeter than what... More

Eileen’s cheesecake is a small corner bakery shop right in the heart of Soho. Almost so small it can go unnoticed. But once you go inside you see a display of different flavors. These are mini cheesecake so the best option is to take couple of different flavors. Our choice was raspberry cheesecake, it was creamy and rich. For the... More

The cheesecake is so good! We shared three different small ones, a good way to enjoy several flavors. Eileen's feels authentic and unpretentious. However, this isn't the place where you spend hours chatting away with your friends. It's more eat and go.

Staying in Nolita

Neighborhood Profile
Nolita
Despite being just off of busy Houston Street, Nolita maintains a low-key vibe that makes it a pleasant retreat in the heart of lower Manhattan. Short for “North of Little Italy,” Nolita was once considered to be part of Little Italy. Today, the neighborhood is popular with young fashionistas popping in and out of the chic independent boutiques that line Mulberry, Mott and Elizabeth Streets. In addition to shopping, there are cozy restaurants and sidewalk cafes serving everything from new-school Italian food to the world-famous cronuts. While small in size (Nolita stretches just a few blocks in each direction), it’s a great neighborhood to spend an afternoon people watching, window-shopping, and grabbing a bite to eat.
