I always love coming to Cipriani! Have been to a couple of the different locations, and went to one for a wedding reception. I love how they cook the pasta and then give you the leftovers to also eat. The portions are huge and the food is rich, but is great for a special event!

Let's ask somebody which cuisine do you prefer: you will hear Italian, French, Japanese..Yes, Italian still on the first place. It is not so satisficated as French, but the taste is amazing! Cipriani is on the first place in NYC. You will enjoy fish and seafood here definitely. The serving is very simple but perfect the same time. The personal... More

My daughter had her prom there last night. She said the staff very very friendly, nice and always ad smiles on their faces. The food was not worth $175.00 per person. No salad, pasta and but the chocolate desert was good.

Don't order the Lobster Salad if your hungry . Other than That ...... Italian perfection x A very eclectic crowd of diners , very busy , very popular . I shared the Eye Fillet with my daughter , it melted in my mouth . A very enjoyable night , everything just fell into place perfectly with the aid of the... More

I had lunch there, and I discovered this place through the restaurant week. The food was delicious, nice place. Although I had lunch on a week day and there were some business men on the next table. And, man, these peoplo yell instead of talk. It was not restaurant's fault, but it took some sparkle away. Highly recommended. The main... More

I suggest this restaurant especially the one downtown for young people. Everytime you go there you can be sure that you will get the quality that you have paid!!

This a very little, very busy first class establishment. Excellent food and selection. Great service. Very well located on 42nd street opposite Grand central. A must return.

Years ago, this was "the" place to dine in the Financial District. The years haven't been kind, and maybe it's a reflection of the economy, but Cipriani is looking dated, worn-out and in need of an overhaul. The furnishings are looking frayed around the edges, and we had two chipped plates in the course of the evening. We also had... More
