Very Friendly Staff

We stopped in here for a quick drink before Wicked and ended up coming back for food a few times, because the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Duff our barman was very witty and helpful. As it was our first time in NYC he gave us great advice and recommendations on where to go and do. We... read more

Good location just north of times square, convenient to a lot of hotels. A lot larger inside than it looks from the outside - bar area as well as a lot of tables at the back. Good choice of beer on tap. Has a larger variety of bar food than many bars including some moderately healthy options (hummus with veggies).

Visited here numerous times for drinks during our stay in NYC as it was right next to the citizenM hotel where we were staying. Extensive choice of beers! Decent food with quick (our mains arrived while we were eating our starters), reliable service.

Stopped in for a drink before seeing a Broadway show. Bartender was very friendly and helpful. Great live Irish music and atmosphere. Will go back earlier next time for dinner and entertainment.

Nice layout, good variety on menus, friendly service, good location. Weather was bad (plenty of snow) and this was a few doors down from our hotel and it offered good pub grub in a nice atmosphere.

Cliché certainly, but friends and I dropped in here for a quick round as we were waiting for a show. The Bombs were the smallest serving of beer I've had, but it seemed to work out. Bustling operation but we were served and downed the drinks quickly. The place is as expected lots of wood bar items, flags, etc. We... More

Popped in here yesterday on a friends recommendation. So glad we did. Food was the best in New York City. Duff the bar man was a great host. Irish bar with A lovely American feel to it.

We only came in for a quick drink and ended up spending 3 hours in the place. The atmosphere was lively as was the service. There is a good choice of beer and cocktails of which the Guinness went down very easily. We didn't intend on eating here but eventually ordered some wings and other snacks which were very tasty.... We stumbled into this restaurant as it was next door to our hotel. It is funky bar filled with all sorts of signs and goofy items. The menu was extensive and the items we had were fine. Since we had dinner reservations, we did not want to have a big meal. We split a quesadilla and plate of four sliders.... More

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
