Great staff! Friendly folks! Best chicken pot pie anywhere! Watched the World Cup there on July 9, 2014 and had a ball. Will definitely go back. Recommend it for bar and food. Fun!!!

I ate here on June 23 and was pleasantly surprised that the food was better than the drinks! It has the old Irish pub feel and the service was great. I had a goat cheese salad which I didn't have high hopes for coming from a pub, but it was probably the best salad I have ever eaten! It was... More

Cheeseburger and fries were very good except for the sad little tomato slice on top. Service was friendly and they are open late. Manager came by to see if we needed anything which is a first so far in NYC.

great selection of beer on tap, bar food and rugby on the multi televisions. Service was great and a live duo playing popular songs lent to the party atmosphere on a spring Saturday night. prices were fair for the area, and the chicken pot pie was generously portioned with a flaky top crust. Had a spinach tortilla wrap which was... More

NYC is full of Irish pubs. You don't need to walk further than a block or two in any direction to find one. Emmett O'Lunney's happened to be next door to my hotel so I wandered in for a late lunch -- and I'm so glad I did! The service was fast, friendly and efficient, and the Cobb Salad was... More

Great pub, with great customer service. Great range of drinks, and cocktails as well. Unlike the majority of NY, the Irish bars are all very friendly, and Emmett's is certainly one of them!!

Bartender was involved in a conversation with more customers and just banged down drinks and change infront of me. no thank you, here you go ect. We ducked into the restaurant partly because it was raining and partly because the sign outdoor promised us 'good food'. It looked like a large pub inside with little booths around the edge. The name sounded Irish but the food was every bit New Yorker. All the usual suspects. We opted to start with a soup and there was only... More
