A vegan delite

This restaurant at 9th ave and West 22nd Street is definitely a must visit for the vegetarian or vegan visiting Manhattan. Blossom has three locations in New York City: Chelsea, The West Village and the Upper West Side. I visited the UWS location (located on Columbus Avenue, between 84th and 85th streets). The Upper West Side location is the newest and only opened a few months ago. I was originally supposed to go there for dinner, but New York being New... More

This is one of good vegan restaurants in NYC. The people there are friendly and kind, and the food is really good. Highly recommended.

I tried Blossom on a trip to New York a few years ago. Part of my falling in love with that city was the dining experience I had at Blossom. I've been back three times since and always make sure to go to Blossom. The food is amazing, the wine options are incredible, the staff is warm and helpful. I've... More

I dropped in for brunch on Sunday, and was glad I got there early because by 12.30 this restaurant was VERY busy. The food was absolutely great. I thoroughly enjoyed by portobello panini with fries, and was only disappointed that I didn't have space for a dessert! Great food and service. Highly recommended!

This vegan restaurant was packed, a testament to its popularity. The service was pleasant. It felt like a friend, who enjoyed the food herself, was giving advice once we asked for it. Her advice turned out well for all of us. I had the seitan scallopini and enjoyed every last drop of the sauce. The others also enjoyed their food.... More

Located in Chelsea, this is worth the walk. Very nice upscale vegan restaurant. I had the country breakfast and my daughter had the banana pancakes, both were outstanding.

Dear Blossom Management- I am writing as a building resident at 505 Columbus where one of your restaurants resides. The building residents have had nothing but trouble from your employees. They are angry and sullen. There are loud, all night employee drinking binges going on in the basement. Every morning I find at least a case of empty beer cans... More

I visited Blossom with a few vegan friends and while at first I had my doubts. Very small space for such a popular place. The staff was pleasant and very responsive. We started with the cashew cream ravioli and as a non vegan I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised! My main course was the lasagna, and it was... More

The negative first: as a single diner I was parked in the corner by a closet--very dark and dreary. I had made a reservation in advance, and asked for a table with better light, to no avail. The vegetarian restaurant has a very creative menu. I had the placenta tower and the taste was very pleasant. Nice wine selection, pleasant... More
