Great wings and fantastic service. The buffalo wings live up to their reputation. Definitely worth a second visit.

Great place with excellent outside seating. The food is not going to get anyone thin anytime soon but it tastes really good. Traditionally a Philly bar this place will accommodate all tastes in sports.

Okay, so, this might be a different type of review, because I'm not a sports watching fan. And this bar definitely caters to sports. So be aware that the bar can fill up, and does, when games are on (baseball, football, hockey, whatever). And if you like sports, check it out. But here is what I do love about the... More

Wogies is a very friendly sports bar with the best Philly cheesesteaks and waffle fries in the West Village (and most of NYC). They'll do their best to put on your game of choice, and you'll occasionally have to tolerate some type of Philly game on the tube too.

Gave Wogies a shot for lunch because of their sign (see picture) that made it look like Bob's Burgers. It is right across the street from where I work. The pretzel appetizer was good. Cheese Steak average. My friend had a salad and that was average too. Service was sloppy. Didn't bring waters after we asked. Didn't bring plates for... More

It's small (which is a good thing), and the staff is highly attentive to everyone's sports & food tastes. One of the best Philly Cheesesteaks (and don't forget the waffle fries!) in many different forms in NYC. Wogies should be a fan favorite for everyone in the area!

Stumbled upon this bar and grill while walking around near the Village, just looking for a place to eat. Very small restaurant. Friendly staff and the food was good. Had the soft pretzels as an appetizer and a Philly steak sub for the meal. Would definitely recommend this place.

Before I moved to LI I wanted to have a meal in Manhattan I would miss most. And this was it. Wogies fails to disappoint. Wings have the perfect balance of crisp with meat. Cheesesteaks are awesome (though I do prefer Carl's) and the chili cheese fries are out of this world. A little piece of unpretentious heaven in pretentious... More

Only thing that would make it better is if they had more seating. The steaks are real deal Philly style and the apps are all great. Make sure you get some garbage bread too.

Wogies is more or less your typical sports bar with some decent wings and reasonably priced beer. The place seems to be pretty popular on a Friday night with a line of people waiting to get seated. It took my group of 3 about 20 minutes to get seated and the waitresses were friendly. All in all, the place isn't... More
