It's small (which is a good thing), and the staff is highly attentive to everyone's sports & food tastes. One of the best Philly Cheesesteaks (and don't forget the waffle fries!) in many different forms in NYC. Wogies should be a fan favorite for everyone in the area!

Stumbled upon this bar and grill while walking around near the Village, just looking for a place to eat. Very small restaurant. Friendly staff and the food was good. Had the soft pretzels as an appetizer and a Philly steak sub for the meal. Would definitely recommend this place.

Before I moved to LI I wanted to have a meal in Manhattan I would miss most. And this was it. Wogies fails to disappoint. Wings have the perfect balance of crisp with meat. Cheesesteaks are awesome (though I do prefer Carl's) and the chili cheese fries are out of this world. A little piece of unpretentious heaven in pretentious... More

Only thing that would make it better is if they had more seating. The steaks are real deal Philly style and the apps are all great. Make sure you get some garbage bread too.

Wogies is more or less your typical sports bar with some decent wings and reasonably priced beer. The place seems to be pretty popular on a Friday night with a line of people waiting to get seated. It took my group of 3 about 20 minutes to get seated and the waitresses were friendly. All in all, the place isn't... More

The chicken fingers and waffle fries are my favorite! Will definitely return! Not too big so might not get a seat but it's always worth the wait here.

Cold beer and great wings! Went here after reading an article on serious eats for the top chicken wings in NYC. This was the top result for Manhattan.wasn't disappointed by the wings, great size, great crisp, and good sauce, I went for the medium and it still had a good kick. Beer was cold and pretty cheap $3 for a glass... More

My wife is a huge Flyers fan, and was nice to find a good crowd of Philly transplants there to enthusiastically support their hockey team. Even during the peak of the game, my beer was never empty - the staff were on a mission to make sure all had what ever drink or food they needed. At $3 and $4... More

There are so many other restaurant-bars in this part of town with better service and food. The waitress was pushy and kept on asking if we wanted another drink, far more many times than acceptable. We waited 20 minutes for our food - just a simple sandwich, which was mediocre to say at least. Try “Bone Lick Park” – 5... More

It is a small place but has a very warm feeling. Great wings, cheese steaks were slacking steak but had great flavor. I would visit again if I was in the area.
