Best cookie with chocolate chips I've ever had. I don´t know how to explain it, but the cookie just melts in your mouth with a lot of chocolate. They serve them just fresh out of the oven. Spectacular, a MUST.

The chocolate chip walnut cookie is easily the best cookie I have ever had. Period. Get one. Get one now. Just go! The only downside is that I need to have this with milk and they do not have any!

You can not go to NYC without getting a cookie from here. I had one and went back for 2 more that lasted me 3 days. They still tasted fresh a few days later too.

High expectations and they were met. Totally worth the money and the trip. My kids devoured the cookies. Double dark chocolate and chocolate chip walnut were awesome. Also had the lemon loaf, coffee cake and chocolate chip banana bread. The serving size is massive, the cake is moist, and absolutely delicious. On top of that the staff were very patient... More

Didn't get a chance to visit until the last day in New York. Probably just as well or I might have left a couple of kilos heavier. Bought one to eat that day and one for the train ride to Washington the following day and it was still as yummy as the fresh one. Place can be a bit hard... More

Anyone who disputes the cookie quality is a fool. Just the best peanut/choc cookie ever. I have to write 100 words so yum yum yum yum yum

Just came from NYC. Always have to pass by Levain to get those cookies. Used to prefer the walnut one. Now I'm more inte the dark chocolate.

If I was not self conscious about calories I would have eaten their cookies every day. Oatmeal raisin is just out of this world. The chocolate one is a bit cloying but if you really like chocolate + you share it , its fine. Try it at least once. In my opinion it beats Magnolia Bakery!

Great Cookies and pleasant service. Lines can be long, but definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
