We stopped in here for a late lunch after browsing around the area. We sat at the bar area, which was quite comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the prep of some of the oyster platters. My husband had the lobster roll which he really enjoyed. It was pure lobster meat, simple and satisfying. I had the lobster ravioli, which I... More

We always come back here for the lobster roll that is on a buttery bun and the lobster ravioli. The lobster roll does not have any filler- it is all meat. So delicious! Love the cozy atmosphere- we usually just sit at the bar. Highly recommend!!

The best lobster roll served all year. Service is adequate, no frills, but one's basically there for great fish and drinks.

As everyone else has suggested, the lobster roll is good. As a matter of fact, the LOBSTER RAVIOLI is to die for! Oyster Sampler is good, too. Very friendly staff, a bit rare to find in NYC. Highly recommand.

My wife and I had our last dinner in NYC here and it was the perfect finish. Very friendly staff and "cozy" restaurant. The star was definitely the lobster roll - lots of meat, warm buttered bun. Absolutely delicious!

If you love lobsters and oysters, you'll love this place. Everything is served fresh and I love sitting at te bar in this cosy place. Just me and my favourite lobster roll. Every time I'm in SOHO, I know I just won't be able to resist dropping in here for that lobster roll. I wish I could have one right... More

We stumbled across Ed's... Just walked up, liked the look through the window and luckily they could fit the four of us in. Ed's is tiny, light and bright, and buzzing. It has seating along a long bar and tables at the rear. Our waiter was great and explained the menu, which is simple but appealing. We started with chilli... More

During a recent 17 day business trip to NY, my colleages and I visted this restaurant after reading the reviews on trip advisor. The place did not take reservations so our party had to wait approx 45 minutes for a table at the back. The restaurant is small, with only a handfull of tables at the back. There are however... More

Having seen a television program which featured Ed's Lobster Bar I was keen on trying their food. Fortunately I travelled to New York and made it a point to go to Ed's. It was what the TV feature had shown it to be and more. I had the lobster and it was outstanding, fresh, flavourful and very tasty. I was... More
