Chilly afternoon asked for a hot chocolate and bald man had some to offer. She took peanut hot chocolate that was good, not too sweet. Mine was a Italian thick with white chocolate - like drinking a chocolate bar, sweet as crazy! It's not a bargain, but the staff was friendly and the selection of hot chocolates is madness. When... This place is unique in that there are so many chocolate options. I've been here many times and really love it. It is insanely crowded, you need to make a reservation or go at a weird time. You will not have room for real food and desert. My suggestion is to share. We really like the waffle sandwiches and the... More

we went here for a regular lunch and regretted not going for some kind of chocolate experience. The service was extremely slow, the food was mediocre at best. However, my impression was that those around us having chocolate desserts or similar were very happy.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this restaurant. It certainly does not match Oz standards and a real let down to the brand. First of all you should book online as if you turn up you will have to queue for about 15 minutes only to be told that the wait is around 1 or 2 hours.... More

This place is always busy especially during dinner time. Food taste average and service isn't so bad. However you you have a lot of choices for dessert including sweet drinks so if you feel like eating sweets and you're near by it's not a bad place to stop by. Otherwise, it's not worth getting out of my way to come... More

OMG... If you like chocolate (who doesn't) you would think you had died and went to chocolate heaven. Just the aroma as you walk in makes you weak in the knees. It's more of a dessert place. The menu is limited for food. We had the Mac&Cheese which was very good. The fries dusted with cocoa and chili powder, WOW.... More

Visited for Sunday brunch and was sat upstairs a few minutes ahead of our reservation time. Our waiter couldn't have been better. He was friendly, attentive and made a few great suggestions. His best suggestion was ordering the dark chocolate Italian thick hot chocolate. Wow, it really was like drinking a warm, melted chocolate bar of the highest quality. A... More

I recently visited New York for the first time and a friend insisted we go to Max Brenner. Her exact words were "This place is so good, I make up excuses to come eat here". We had reservations for 6:30 and arrived promptly at 6 only to discover a line almost out the door. The place was BEYOND packed and... More
