Two couples split the steak for four, and each split the Benjamin salad, as well as the sides of potatoes and creamed spinach. It was the perfect amount of food - portion size left us full but not uncomfortable. We split two desserts as well. Each had a cocktail and the table shared a bottle of Cabernet. Wonderful attentive service,... More

"Benjamin" is known as a steak house, but they also have amazing seafood, and this is in itself worth the trip. Prices are reasonable for this area of the City. The only issue is the crazy level of noise in the dining room, which cannot be easily solved (The walls and ceilings are plaster, tall, and the floor is hardwood).... More

On our return to New York I had to revisit the Benjamin Steak House and I was not disappointed the service and food was as good as the last visit. The Bar staff are great especially if you get that tip in early, the serving staff are just great and ready to advise if you need the help. Its not... More

If you love steak do not miss this restaurant! An expensive but highly recommended restaurant. We shared a T bone steak that was medium/ rare and just melted in your mouth. The service and food was exquisite

This restaurant was recommended by our concierge at hotel and it didn't disappoint. I had veal chops that melted in my mouth and my husband had a rib eye steak which was massive. We probably over ordered on veg as it isn't included in price so one portion could have been shared between two. The wine list is enormous and... More

We both love steak and this meal was one of the best steaks we've ever eaten. From beginning to end the whole experience was excellent, great service, great atmosphere and superb food. We booked with the online system and had no problem. Quite pricey but don't mind paying extra for good food, and it certainly was, all three courses. Can... More

Going to Benjamin's has become a tradition for us whenever we return to NY from Abu Dhabi to drop off our son at Boarding school. As usual the food and service was excellent. In fact it was better than last year as the spinach was much tastier and the side dishes were better proportioned. Drawbacks are (1) coming before 8:00pm... More

I am several times per year in USA, and I like steaks very much. In Germany where I live I know very good steak houses, and I am can decide whether a steak is good or not. In Benjamin's my daughter and me ate the best filet mignon ever. I ordered it medium rare, my daughter medium well. Both were... More
