Description: Niles NYC is uniquely located in Manhattan's most accessible neighborhood, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Niles offers a sleek setting with a contemporary American menu for an entertaining meal from morning till late night. Our semi-private dining room is the perfect place to host your business luncheons and private parties, all tailored specifically to suit your event. Niles is not only a fresh, contemporary restaurant, it’s also a colorful and exciting bar that attracts plenty of locals as well as out-of-towners. Clean iridescent finishes accentuate a huge rectangular bar with seating all around, anchored by a lit-glass decorative column. You can generally count on a lively crowd here at Niles most every night—especially on concert and game nights at the Garden, when Niles often goes into overtime. Went here with a group of 6 people. The food was excellent and the service very professional. We enjoyed a long evening of conversation, were very comfortable, and never felt rushed. I was pleasantly surprised that such a nice place was in the neighborhood of Penn Station. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and want something more upscale... More

Usually do lunch meetings here, as the food is fresh, fast and service is good. Had bar food with friends and found the bartenders were very nice and attentive. Usual suspects with pizza, calamari, mini sliders, but good quality. Lighting is a little meh...Almost too bright....and sterile. Wine selection was great. House sauvignon was from NZ and delicious.

A breath of fresh air from the homogenized pre-packaged restaurants that have taken over much of the area surrounding MSG ! Prices are what you what you would expect for this area of Manhattan. Food is creative and tasty. Service is good but at times a little slow just because they're so busy. That's why we're repeat customers !

We were staying at a hotel on 30th between 6th and 7th Avenues, and wanted to find a nice place to have lunch. We happened upon Niles and were very pleased. While there are lots of places to eat in this stretch of 7th Ave, it's uncommon to find a quiet sit-down place, with good service and a varied menu.... More

Very handy the the hotel. Linked by an interior door. Don"t have to walk out into the street. Staff very pleasant and helpful. When we wanted to share a meal, there was no hassle. Extra cutlery and plates supplied quickly.

Liked the sea bass - the best so far. Prices are ok for what you get (atmosphere and quality of food - which is great).

First things first...the seafood spaghetti I had last night for dinner was the best I've ever had. It was not a red sauce, but olive oil based. The seafood was shrimp, calamari, etc and was extremely wonderfully prepared. My wife had a chicken preparation that had her raving throughout dinner. Wait staff was efficient. Now, the ambiance...walk throught the door... More

I ate here twice and had good service and good food both times. However, there are many good restaurants in NYC so this won't stand out. But if you are staying at the Affinia Hotel this is a good restaurant to eat at.

The title says it all. My wife had only a salad with some grilled chicken but it was real grilled chicken. The salad was excellent as was the chicken. I had lentil soup. The portion was much larger than to be expected and tasted very good. My tuna was excellent. Service was attentive but not overbearing. A good choice if... More
