Description: Niles NYC is uniquely located in Manhattan's most accessible neighborhood...
Niles NYC is uniquely located in Manhattan's most accessible neighborhood, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Niles offers a sleek setting with a contemporary American menu for an entertaining meal from morning till late night. Our semi-private dining room is the perfect place to host your business luncheons and private parties, all tailored specifically to suit your event. Niles is not only a fresh, contemporary restaurant, it’s also a colorful and exciting bar that attracts plenty of locals as well as out-of-towners. Clean iridescent finishes accentuate a huge rectangular bar with seating all around, anchored by a lit-glass decorative column. You can generally count on a lively crowd here at Niles most every night—especially on concert and game nights at the Garden, when Niles often goes into overtime. A GREAT RESTAURANT HIDING BEHIND AN UNASSUMING FRONTAGE

This is a very impressive restaurant in a very tourist kind of are which is generally full of fast foods grills and buffet places. The decor is good and the quality of food very good. The helpings are bit small by US standards . Since i am a small eater did not bother me too much but it did to... read more

Showed up 5 min before closing (due to unmentioned circumstances), we were starving. They turned us away at 1st, but when they realized how hungry we were, they kindly sat us. We ordered the mushroom risotto and it was one of the best meals of the trip.

I can't imagine eating here unless you were staying at the hotel and pressed for time, which is what I was ... breakfast was average and serviceable (had bagel with lox and cream cheese), although the staff was very friendly and attentive. At lunch, the food was subpar. Lobster bisque was left largely uneaten, and a grilled sandwich was a... More

My only real complaint is the lighting and decor. Just feels a little like a late night diner with the lighting. My salmon was very good and the service was responsive and friendly. When you're tired and hungry after traveling, this place is just fine for a solid meal.

The food was good but nothing extraordinary in comparison to the price and other restaurants. The menu is standard. The room is big and not very cosy.

We were staying at Manhattan Affinia and decided to dine in their Niles restaurant. Posted near the door is a promotional offer of 20% discount for their hotel guest. We sat near the bar. I had a steak and it was very good. My wife had salmon and she liked it, too. My wife presented our room key upon requesting... More

Nice hotel restaurant that was a good surprise. Good quality food and attentive service. Close to Penn Station. Fair value for NYC.

The quality of the food was top class. A modern restaurant with a good menu. The breakfast was excellent too. The bar is quite a buzzy place.

My girlfriend and I met at Niles Bar, looking forward to the great happy hour I had read about online. The bar is beautiful, the drinks were good, the salad was disappointing but the pizza was incredible!!!! There was a very happening bar scene, BUT, NO HAPPY HOUR!!! What happened? I asked the bartender who told me they never have... More

In New York where even expensive restaurants still have a 'fast food' feel to them, it was really nice to enjoy a quiet, tasty dinner and not be rushed through. Cocktail was delicious, good wine selection but not ridiculously expensive or long like many other restaurants. The food was well prepared and presented. Staff attentive and service very polished.
