Niles NYC is uniquely located in Manhattan's most accessible neighborhood, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Niles offers a sleek setting with a contemporary American menu for an entertaining meal from morning till late night. Our semi-private dining room is the perfect place to host your business luncheons and private parties, all tailored specifically to suit your event. Niles is not only a fresh, contemporary restaurant, it’s also a colorful and exciting bar that attracts plenty of locals as well as out-of-towners. Clean iridescent finishes accentuate a huge rectangular bar with seating all around, anchored by a lit-glass decorative column. You can generally count on a lively crowd here at Niles most every night—especially on concert and game nights at the Garden, when Niles often goes into overtime. Nice surprise, great food but more attentive service would have sealed the deal

My friend picked this restaurant out for us for a before-show dinner. The service wasn't that great, they really didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. But the food was really, really good. I had the sea bass which was incredible. My partner had the mushroom risotto and it so good... read more

Restaurant is ok, located at the Ataffina hotel. Menus has several choices, a bit confusing. Food was ok - far from great, but still good. Small selection of wine. Decoration is plain, lacks charm and grace. Service was ok too. It's a good option for a late night bite, as we needed, but not worth a planned visit.

The restaurant and bar attached to the Affinia Manhattan is what i would call adequate. You would probably only go there if staying in the Hotel. not to say it was bad, the food is good and the service good but its nothing special. there are more exciting places to go in NYC but if staying in the hotel or... We had a very nice meal here just before Christmas. It really convenient to Penn Station / MSG right across the street on seventh ave. Very nice looking open dining room. Food was very good nice service also. Only drawback may be the sound level, not a quite intimate setting.

Had dinner here prior to event at MSG. Service was fast and friendly and food was hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. Average atmosphere, but okay. A bit pricey, but what you would expect for proximity to MSG. Saw several well behaved young children in the dining room, so I don't know what was going on with a previous reviewer who... More

Been here 2x now. Standard breakfast place that isn't ridiculous NYC prices despite being connected to a hotel. They are able to substitute egg whites for most of their breakfast eggs on request and are very accommodating when we wanted to remove ingredients from the dish (e.g. no feta in the omelete). Had 2 kids with us the second time;... More

We were lucky to be recommended Niles by our extremely helpful concierge at the Hotel New Yorker as the perfect venue for our Christmas Day dinner. We had very specific recommendations as we had a young child in our party. The restaurant was easy to find as it is right by penn station and MSG. When we walked in we... More

We went to this restaurant as we were staying in the hotel next door. Easy to book online, courteouscresponses to queries by email. We were a party of 9 ((should have been 11 but one child was unwell so he and his Dad stayed in their room). We were shown to a lovely separate little section of the restaurant where... More
