We came with our kids and enjoyed a fabolous minestrone soup, delicious lasagna, great pastas and a fig ice-cream for dessert. We felt Italy in NYC.

Made a reservation the evening before. My arrival seemed to surprise the performer who greeted me. In general the serving staff were scruffy and seemed to think they are part of a show. Their interest in the customers was minimal. Very poor image and not a bit Italian In Sept 2014 I had - 1/2 l Chianti [$16.95] Soup [$6.95]... More

Staying in the neighborhood for a week, we did our best to frequent local restaurants. The first time for a glass of wine, their house Chardonnay wine being Jacobs Creek which we discovered in Sydney. The next two times we made a bee line for their lasagna choosing veal both times. It was divine with a house salad loaded with... More

We stopped and tried this restaurant and had a good meal at reasonable prices. We enjoyed sitting outside, but it is on a busy corner street , so kind of noisy.

We had lasagna and baked Zita. Was very good. My 15 yr old son said the Zita was the best he ever had and he's a pasta nut :) Price was what you expect in the city.

Stumbled on the restaurant on our last night in the city. Our server Anthony was wonderful. Our meals were great. Portions were more than I'm used to, but my inner piggy came out and I ate it all!!!! I will be back!!! Loved it!!!!

This is a clever idea where the restaurant has a basic tomato sauce, lasagna and then the patron choses what filling goes into the final creation. It works well, but some more delicate fillings (ie salmon) get a little overwhelmed in the tomato. The tiramisu is also well worth a try.
