Great food, wonderful service

We ate here tonight. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the food. I had the paella and my husband had some sort of pork. Both dishes as well as the drinks were delicious, Prices were very fair. Our waitress was superwoman. She worked our table and a large tour group without missing a... read more

We were very excited to find a Cuban restaurant open at that late hour and so close to Time Square. The online reviews looked OK, there was live music, so we went in. Got seated right away, liked the energy and attitude of the staff. The place looks a little shabby and not really clean. The food was OK, nothing... More

We had a later dinner, having just flown in from the West Coast. Havana was just a few feet from our hotel, the Muse on 46th Street. We strolled over, were seated in one of the few available tables (a rousing bar business was happening!), ordered drinks (I really like their margarita, while my husband was a fan of the... More

We did not find out initial choice of restaurant for the evening so we pooped in here. The service and food was OK, nothing special. Eat here if you are walking by and are hungry

I've been here many times and I've never been disappointed. This time we went with some appetizers as we didn't want a heavy meal. I just love their empanadas and for $3 each, you can't go wrong. Our waitress Maria, was great. She made some suggestions and we weren't disappointed. We tried the Pulled Pork Taquitos and they are now... More

Stopped in here on a whim. Waited only 35 minutes for a table Saturday night. The food was authentic and excellent. The drinks were great. The service was friendly and efficient. Wasn't disappointed.

My husband has cuban blood and was hoping this place would be good. Was not dissappointed. Authentic cuban food. Great food, great atmosphere, good drinks, great service. Worth the 35 minute wait which wasn't bad considering it was Saturday night.

I made a reservation online, and arrived at my scheduled time without any trouble. The restaurant was full, and people were lined up waiting, so I am glad I made the reservation ahead of time. I order a passion fruit mojito, and I then realized I was better off ordering a pitcher. Regardless, the mojito was just perfect, it was... More

A co-worker told me about the roast pork special which was available on Mondays during March for $6.99 so as soon as I heard I was ready to go and I was not disappointed. The pork was succulent and served with pickled red onions on top and came with a side of yellow rice and I chose black beans but... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
