Yummy Cuban Food

Excellent atmosphere - music playing and service is excellent. Food is both plentiful and very tasty. Can be a bit loud if you want to carry on conversation.

The four of us went there as it was across the street from out hotel. They have a very loud (but good) band right as you enter the restaurant. We had to wait about 25 minutes to eat, but it was worth it. People were dancing and the place was packed, unlike a number of other restaurants we ate at... More

I loved the atmosphere. They had a band playing Cuban Music, and people were dancing. My dish was the best of all of ours. I can't remember the name of it, but it was shredded beef with peppers & onions. The meat was so tender !!!!!! We would go back!

After Havana packing up and moving from 38th and 6th, we found this Cuban restaurant and it is great food and service. Plus its close to the theaters for a meal before the show. Highly recommended.

I was here with a group of about 30, spread over three adjacent tables in a nice little alcove at the back of the restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the vibe and the ambiance, the cocktails were very good and the service was attentive, friendly and sincere which added to the enjoyment of a great evening. I was hoping to be... Excellent restaurant. We walked in and there was a band playing and some customers were dancing near the bar area. The seating is a little tight in the restaurant and it was very packed. We tried 3 different types of empanadas and they were all delicious. The Arroz con Camarones was a very large portion and very flavorful.

Great to step into this beautiful Cuban oasis so close to Times Square. Very attentive service, great atmosphere and very good nearly authentic Cuban fare. Much better than we expected but not as good as the best Cuban places in Miami. Have the appetizer sampler and the Calamari. I had the Cuban pork but expected crispy parts but there were... More

Wandering through Times Square I saw a neon-lit opportunity to feed my Cuba habit and grabbed it with both hands. Only went in for drinks and while the Daiquiri was a bit disappointing - not a patch on the ones served at El Floridita in Havana - a succession of classic Mojitos hit the spot. There was a great atmosphere... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
