We ate here as we were staying at the High Line Hotel next door. We called in and booked a table. Waiter was informative about the menu and we enjoyed our mains and wine. They serve a quartino glass (a large english glass) of wine which was good and the bread was lovely. Great spot for brunch after the High... More

We stopped into Cookshop at 2pm on a Friday, and it was still jammed with hungry patrons. We sat at the bar and watched the bartender prepare the most delicious looking cocktails, served with liquor or not. Everything in this restaurant was first-class: the freshness of the food, the presentation, the friendly waiters and waitresses. Everyone seemed to be loving... More

From the BLT Bloody Mary to the Spiced Apple Beignets, this place is a great option for weekend brunch. Menu has several breakfast and lunch options without being overwhelming, and everything we consumed was delicious! Highly recommend this place for a satisfying brunch! Great coffee to boot. I'll definitely be returning!

I love Cookshop and I am not sure why...the food is good, not great. The atmosphere is cool and the location is great. They have a nice menu with a good wine selection. I love to walk the Highline and stop at Cookshop for a late Sunday meal when the sun is shining. What can I say, apparently I am... More

We stayed at The High Line Hotel across the street and one of the hotel reviews mentioned the restaurant across the street, but no name. We were floored! Do not come to the Chelsea area without eating here. Almost every single thing we ordered in four visits here was phenomenal! Not only the food was great, but the waitstaff and... More

The wait staff were super helpful and friendly. The food was inventive and good quality. The atmosphere was fun - people were enjoying themselves. The set lunch was good value. I would make a special trip to have lunch here as it was a fun place without being boisterous or loud.

Half the tables go to reservations, the other half to walk-ins. Open Table was down so we walked in around noon. We had a half hour wait but boy was it worth it. We were seated in a corner banquette that gave us plenty of room even though the restaurant was packed. A waiter immediately appeared to take our order.... More
