But WOW bartender was fabulous only outdone by the drink. We stopped for a pre-dinner cocktail after flying into NYC and checking into our hotel which was a block away. We ordered our drinks and how refreshing to have a vodka on the rocks filled to the top. Bartender must have felt our need to relax! Very clean bar and... More

You definitely have to try the Filet Oscar Style and a glass of wine by the house. The service is something out of this world.

Decent steaks and burgers but pretty badly over priced in my opinion. Fairly cramped tables and our waiter - having asked one of my companions how she wanted her steak done ( well ) - refused to convey that to the kitchen. He did so on the basis - he said - that they would overcook the food. He then... More

Decided to go for steak on our holidays ad this restaurant was recommend to us as it's a well known steak house. I don't normally write scathing reviews but after dinner here I cannot say a positive thing. I ordered the fillet mignon and it genuinely tasted of nothing, it was such a disappointment. I thought given the prices they... More

Steak! Just too tasty, great choice of steaks and garnishes, cooked perfectly. Service was excellent, very friendly. Buzzing atmosphere, classy but welcoming. Enjoyed so much we returned just 4 nights later for our final meal of the visit. Would highly recommend.

Every cut of steak you could image with a great array of sides. The staff are very knowledgeable and the service is complete New York hospitality. The crab cakes are so tasty with the best quality crab. We had the porterhouse steak with asparagus and hash browns, wonderful. This is not an inexpensive meal but the quality of the food... More

Great steakhouse that really knows how to do steak right. Been here a few times and both lunch and dinner are awesome. Definitely a must visit.

We chose this place after seeing it profiled on Food Network. An utter disappointment. My steak was overcooked. My daughter's filet was correct temp but she said it was flavorless. They refired my steak but the flavor just wasn't there. Very disappointing that without any alcohol three steaks and sides were close to $300 and it was flavorless.

This is a well known steak house. The dinner we had was good enough but the value received for the price paid was disappointing. Two of us had filet mignon for $52 each a la carte. The steaks were good but nothing exceptional. The really jolting thing was that these steaks were served on plain white salad plates with zilch... More

Iconic steakhouse that lives up to the name "steak and chop house". The resturant is cozy and tables are tight, and so is the menu as it's focused on steak and seafood, with all the classic sides you expect from a steak house. The wine list is broad with many recent and older vintiges, including 2011 Grand cru from $70... More
