We have 2 girls, 4 and 7, that we took to the Eloise Tea! What a FUN experience! The staff was great with the kids.... They were so excited to have their own teacups and teapots, all with the Eloise logo on them. The food was plentiful and oh so fancy! From the cute sandwiches, to the yummy desserts, to... More

New York visits would not be complete without Afternoon Tea at the Palm Court. Such a refreshing time to relax & unwind and be pampered with excellent service. Did I mention that the food is great too? Don't visit the City without taking in the Palm Court. If you do, you will miss one of the gems of NYC!

What a beautiful room in a stunning hotel with a perfect location. The kitchen, itself, is doing a fine job with the quality of the dishes. But that's where it ends. This is one deplorable experience because the service standards are genuinely rock bottom. When you are paying $50 per person for breakfast, you have the right to expect a... More

Took my family to the Palm court for high tea we had the New Yorker . Wow , the food was magnificent, savoury and sweet all lived up to the reputation. The service and decor were also first class. A word of advice , don't do this if you are not hungry , you are bound to leave well satisfied

I went here on a Saturday night with my daughter. We ordered from the cocktail/snack menu. We ordered a sampling of the snacks, the lemon verbena iced tea and wine. I'm not a cocktail drinker, but that is their specialty and would be quite a treat if you are. Watching the bartenders delight the patrons with their art was fun.... More

I give 5 stars for the experience the ambience of having afternoon tea at the plaza. Its was on my to do list while in new york. The sandwiches were ok bit dry not to adventurous the sweets were nice and the tea was nice. Mine was all gluten free..I like the gluten free scones with clotted cream and jam... More

I took my daughter to the Palm Court as a special 'Eloise' treat on our holiday to NY. It was a charming experience. The Plaza main entrance is lovely, and the Palm Court stunning. At all times every staff member was lovely to us. We were not staying at the Plaza, but this wasn't an issue at all, and (unlike... More

Staff were not friendly and the service was very slow. For a wonderful hearty breakfast and friendly faces there are many small restaurants close by and much more reasonably priced.

My daughter is an Eloise fan so we booked a reservation in advance for afternoon tea. I recommend getting an advance reservation as I saw a number of people being turned away. If you go a little early there are shops downstairs under the plaza including an Eloise store. The plaza hotel is beautiful but the palm court is sectioned... More

My family and I had a fantastic time at Palm Court. I booked through Open Table which was very efficient by sending reminders of our reservation to me ahead of time. We elected the Eloise high tea which was very nice and ended up being quite filling, making me regret eating breakfast. I really liked the fairy floss that came... More
