Everytime we visit NYC we visit Tony's. That really says it all, Tony's never fails to impress. The atmosphere is vibrant and busy with tables full of satisified diners and we are in the mix!! The food as always is fresh and plentiful. The prices are so ridiculously cheap!! I wish I could package this restaurant and take it back... More

Food was very good. Great for big groups. Cozy seating in basement. Not rushed despite being very busy. Wait staff were friendly and accommodating. Several fine choices on wine list. Prices were very reasonable for NYC

As an avid trip advisor user, previous reviewers of Tony's got it nearly right. Most say excellent, some say very good, we say absolutely fantastic. From the ambience, service, outstanding food and drinks. As a family we had an absolute ball. Some people compare Tony's to Carmine's. They are close but different. Tony's is certainly more refined. More intimate. More... More

We were a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and the family style serving was just right for us. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was fun though a bit on the loud side. Made reservations with open table and our table was waiting as we walked in the door. Highly recommend.

We popped into Tony's at lunchtime for a drink and to book for the evening, we ended up having lunch. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and a reasonably priced reasonable menu. We ordered family sized starters of calamari and also Tony's shrimps, the plates were enormous but pretty good. Our mains were family portions( to share for 2 or... More

We've been to Tony's a couple times before. It's my teenage son's favorite restaurant so it was a natural choice for his birthday celebration. We were a small group - only 5 people - and ordered 3 appetizers and 3 entrees. WAY too much food, but each dish was outstanding and we've been enjoying the leftovers for the past few... More

I was a bit surprised after my visit to Tony's Di Napoli that it had such a high rating on TripAdvisor (as well as on a couple other sites). The pros: - They could seat a party of 8 on same day notice. The table was round and conducive to most of the party being able to hear each other... More

We found this place online before arriving in NYC and put it on the list of places to visit and so glad we did! They do family portions, so anything you order serves 2 - 3 people. I've never seen that done anywhere before and I loved it. A great way for the table to interact. We arrived without a... More

We just happened upon this restaurant. We were so glad we did. The place was packed, but we got a table right away. It is a family style restaurant. Your plate of food is enough for 2 people. Our 2 dishes were fantastic. You feel as thou your in Italy when you dine here. Great wine, great food and great... More

Went here for dinner before seeing a Broadway show on a Saturday night. We had reservations so we were seated promptly. The food is family style so generally everyone should agree to order a few dishes that everyone likes. There was 5 of us and we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees (a pasta and a chicken). I think we... More
