Good NY pizza. Decor could use updating. No atmosphere, just good pizza. Salads just ok. Prices, just ok. Just go for the pizza

Went way up to Spanish Harlem to eat this...came highly recommended and it was worth the trip. The pizza is thin and crisp, the beer very cold, the atmosphere very authentic New York, service was prompt and attentive but not overbearing. Good price, fair price.

Never ate at Patsys Pizzeria but always heard great things. The food was good but the service was almost horrible. Very inattentive waitress. A customer was e-smoking in the corner next to our table which was irritating to say the least. The restroom needs a serious overhall and cleaning. And, to top it all off, they do not accept credit... More

We were in the neighborhood for and appointment and stopped in for a quick bite. It was early around 5:30 so it was pretty empty, especially on a Monday night. The restaurant had a good feel with a nice layout. There was a second floor, which looked nice, but was really hot from the pizza ovens downstairs I imagine. That'... More

We've been visiting NYC for 5 days and have had a very disappointing experience with our dining. You wouldn't think it would be this difficult in this city, but it was really ruining our stay. Finally, the folks at Dylan's Candy Bar told us to try Patsy's and we had a great meal!!!! The chicken parm, spaghetti and grilled chicken... More

Patsy's moved to First Avenue three years ago. By the way, City Guide, we've put a man on the moon, too.

It's often hard to find alot of reasonably priced restaurant options on the Upper East side, but we happened upon Patsy's - the kid's like the menu, and I'd been to another Patsy's where I enjoyed the pizza. I think where I had been before was in lower Harlem and was the original Patsy's - interesting place but old and... More

This review is for the one on 2nd Ave between 42nd and 43rd street. I went there on a Thursday night and got a walk in table. The Pizza was very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive and not pushy - would definitely recommend it!

My wife and I couldn't leave NYC without trying a legendary pizza--we selected Patsy's Pizzera on 2nd Avenue on the recommendation of a NYPD officer. I must say, that officer KNOWS Pizza! The pizza my wife and I shared was amazing; baked perfectly and a taste I can't get at pizzerias at home in Vancouver, Washington. I recommend Patsy's Pizzeria... More

I was moving out of my apartment on East 70th, and my friend and I just wanted a quick lunch. I'd never tried Patsy's but I'd seen it described as some of the best pizza in New York, so we gave it a try. I don't mean to criticize anyone who likes Patsy's pizza--but when we saw that garlic is... More
