This is another neighborhood joint that has just gone right down the tubes. I live in the neighborhood and have been coming here for the past 37 years. I came here about 6 months ago. The service was terrible. The food was worse. I thought it was just a bad day. I came again because it wasn't crowded. I like... More

We wandered Greenwich on a Saturday night and didn’t want to muck out the 90-minute waits in many of the smaller restaurants. Good or bad, the Riviera had plenty of seating. We decided to give it a shot. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The food was ok. Not spectacular, but good. For the most part, the menu is... More

We're glad you stopped by! We know how frustrating those long waits can be in Greenwich, so we're happy you were able to avoid them. Thanks for leaving us this, and we hope to see you back soon! We also have a great Sat-Sun brunch for $14.95 with unlimited mimosas and bloody mary's and a nightly dinner special also for... More

We ate lunch a Sunday in early October. The food was really bad. I ordered a veggie burger - it was served between to slices of rye bread right from the freezer - still cold in the middle. My son's chicken fingers were burnt and dry, and he found a fly in his ice tea. The bread in my husband's... More

Was walking around and decided to get some pub fare. Sat outside on the side street, pretty dark with no candles to add to the light. Reuben was a farce...one slice of corned beef, fries were fine. Girlfriend asked for a turkey burger with a slice of jack cheese. They brought the burger and a NAPKIN OF SHREDDED jack cheese... More

Calamari was overbreaded, overcooked, and overpriced. Other than that, I didn't like it! Service was slow, disinterested, even though they weren't busy. Was it something I said? Something someone else said? The wrong day of the week? I don't know, but there's plenty of competition that can do as well or better, I'm sure I won't be back.

This is the place to go if you are a Boston sports fan. Went here on Thanksgiving Day to watch the early game and the place had Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins stuff all over the place. They have a boatload of TV's and get EVERYTHING! If you want good drinks and bar food with your sports, this is... More
