Good food, nice atmosphere

Nice bar atmosphere for a casual meal and a few drinks. Quite a few TVs for watching sports. Good food and service. Pretty good beer selection - several IPAs to choose from. Reasonable prices. Would return.

Came here during a hockey game night and we were able to get in right away. Wait staff was good and we had a really good hamburger! Good variety of local beer. TV's everywhere if you would like to come here to watch a sport event. There are some dishes with a Ale House Flair.

We were in the neighborhood and stopped in here for a beer. Ended up getting some appetizers as well. We were highly impressed by the quality of food and selection of beer. The bartenders were very friendly. Their chicken wings were surprisingly delicious!

Really great food here, very welcoming staff, and good value. If you are into sport, lots of screens showing English premier, basketball, rugby, and with a really good atmosphere.

We visited on a Sunday night and it was very busy. Waitress found us a booth and the service was prompt and friendly despite the numbers. It was quite noisy but that added to the friendly atmosphere. Toilets were clean and the food range excellent. Great range of draught beers on tap. Overall would return without hesitation.

This is not a great restaurant part of New York, but for a quick meal I was very satisfied with the chicken noodle soup and the Atlantic Salmon wrap I ordered here a couple of nights ago -- healthier options than you usually find in a pub setting and pretty tasty too. The individual wood booths are nice, although plenty... More

Stopped in with a few friends for lunch, and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which is pulled pork and swiss on a wonderful toasted roll and a side of pickle chips and fries. It was delicious, and I would love to go back and have another one the next time I find myself in New York!... More

After arriving on the Megabus we stopped in to have a quick lunch. Loved the atmosphere and the staff were welcoming and polite. the food, however, was disappointing. French toast was undercooked and overly sweet and the pastrami was tough and overcooked. Our advice is to stop in for atmosphere and a beer but stay away from the food.

During our recent 4 night stay in NYC and following a day of shopping, my wife and I were looking for a pub to stop in for a quick pint and a light snack. We stumbled on this cozy little spot and were not disappointed! The ambiance inside was great with nice decor and layout. From the start we were... More
