Very nice food!

Staff is really friendly, and the foods are really good. Had lunch here a couple of times in December 2011 and November 2014. Location is very central, 1 minute walk from the Empire State Building. Definately worth a visit.

Had breakfast here three times in one week. Busy with local workers but that's because it offers a fantastic range of fresh food and great value. Everything from fruit, porridge, muffins or a US fry up. Even when there is no queue or rush the staff are brisk and like customers to order quickly. My confusion over fired eggs being... More

Great restaurant with quick, efficient service and terrific breakfasts. On this last visit, we stopped in for a quick lunch on our NYC trek. This time we discovered great soups and quiche - different types of quiche, including a super veggie quiche. A lot seating is in the back. You order in the back away from the door and then... More

I've had breakfast at Oxford Cafe' too many times to even recollect. The food is always great and service is fast. Don't let the long lines fool you...they get the orders our very quickly.

The hotel I stayed in, Hotel 373 Fifth Avenue, allowed a free breakfast at Oxford Cafe. I was delighted to see the selection of options available, but even happier to see how fresh the food appeared. My selections, oatmeal with toppings and a bagel and coffee proved a perfect start to my day. I would definitely return for a quick... More

Had the BEST breakfast at Oxford Cafe. The portion sizes were so big that we didnt need to eat again until dinner time. I had the 3 egg omelette (with 4 toppings), toast, Orange juice & coffee. My partner had what we call "full english" with sausages, eggs, bacon, toast, mushrooms, tomatoes, orange juice & Coffee all for $10!!! A... More

The staff were very friendly, good value for money, great food and free wifi. The only down fall is the toilet wasn't clean.

There wasn't as many fruit flavoured cakes - this could be due to the bad snow weather we had and maybe deliveries wasn't so forthcoming! I decided to have the Peanut Butter and Chocolate cake. This was quite sickly sweet - half would have been more than enough! We also had the Chicolate Elair with a custard filling. This was... More

Had lunch in here just before tackling Macy's! There were lots of different choices. What we had we both really liked. We found the staff to be very nice.

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
