GOOD FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, FAIR PRICE

Seven of us went for dinner and I am sure will all return soon. Some of us had seafood and others had meats, all of which were to our liking. Our server was better than good and they even refill ice tea!!

Some places will may pass off small or some what older oysters for their HH but not here! Service at the bar has always been excellent, they also have... More

We came out of GCS starving and slightly disoriented. After leaving our bags at the hotel - we wandered in search of a nice lunch. It was a delightful surprise to find Docks - the lunch crowd had thinned and we had the luxury of taking our time to review the menu while we enjoyed our first glass of wine.... More

So, I started by looking for a boozy brunch close to Grand Central so there was no driving involved. After scrolling through a multitude of places we landed here, and I'm so glad we did. The prix fixe brunch was phenomenal and the atmosphere was outstanding. And the non stop mimosas definiltey did not hurt. I can't wait to go... More

What a great place! Really nicely appointed in the style of a French brasserie. Very light and very cool. Business lunch for four. Walked in and got a table, despite it being busy. Was hoping for an afternoon drinking Sancerre with oysters, but sadly had to get back to work. I started with the calamari. Chose the spicy sauce, and... More

We were on the way to another restaurant but stopped on impulse. Luckily that had a table. We had lobsters and crab cakes. Also oysters. All excellent. I had their steak. that was the surprise. In a sea food place you expect good seafood but the steak was superb too

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
