Located just off the main lobby area and near their historic clock on the main level. Good service and not too expensive by NYC terms.

Planned a trip to from PA just so we could take my mother-in-law for her 80th birthday. Made to feel like we were not important. No refills on our water until we had to ask for it when we had to request to see the dessert menu. Coffee got cold while waiting quite some time for dessert. Actually made to... More

We stayed at the Waldorf-Astoria so we ate here twice in our long weekend. The first time was for lunch and the second time was for their large and extravagant Sunday Brunch. First, the lunch: both of our lunches were very good. I had a chicken pesto dish with arugula and parm. Might not sound like much, but let me... More

Tween and I had a wonderful luxury ladies' lunch at Peacock Alley in August which just also happened to be gluten-free. The famous Waldorf salad? Naturally gluten free! The chicken paillard nestling beneath a tasty covering of greens? Also gluten free! The staff was wonderfully on top of celiac dining needs, highly professional, and really nice. Tween completely enjoyed the... More

Sunday Champagne Brunch at Peacock Alley was to die for. Left stuffed and slightly tipsy. Words won't do this place justice, so I'm not even going to try.

If you are a fella just try to get a smile out of him, if you are a single lone female keep fending him off. The Waldorf should do better than this

What can I say, it's the Waldorf. Great service, great food and atmosphere. Waldorf salad, filet mignon and their red velvet cake are all to die for. The hotel is a beautiful, classic and full of history.

While staying at the Waldorf, we stopped in for some drinks. You'll find a great menu of unique drinks that'll make your visit memorable. Highly recommend the CHOCOLATINI if you have a sweet tooth, or the SATCHMO AT THE WALDORF if you're looking for something fun and historic.
