Good but not Great

My husband and I came for the prix fixe dinner but ended up ordering a la carte. The chips are served with 3 different salsas; the best was salsa verde. Guacamole was very good, and a small portion was enough for 2 people. My husband enjoyed his shrimp ajillo and I liked my shrimp enchilada with... read more

The quality of the food comes from the preservation of the Mexican tradition. It is not overdone, but tasty and sharp, and the portions are outstanding. I've brought clients, friends and even my uncle here, and all have been pleased!

Great guacamole and good tacos- a bit expensive but for food before a show with a stool facing times square- good value. $30 each for a shared appetizer and main course- no drinks.

You can always count on good margaritas, great chips, the very best guacamole and good entrees whenever you eat at Dos Caminos. In a city full of expensive food, it is nice to have a place like Dos Caminos where you can just hang out, have some decent drinks and good food. One item is that always great is the... More

There are several locations for this restaurant. We tried the one in Soho, which has an outdoor seating location. A word of warning. What may not be considered spicy to the waitress may very well be spicy to you! The bloody mary that was requested "not spicy" was very spicy and the one with no request was almost impossible to... Nice atmosphere facing Broadway. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for NYC. I definitely recommend the tacos and the guacamole with chips. Service was friendly and prompt.

YUMMY FOOD!!!!! This place has a great location and outside seating for the beautiful fall weather days. There is plenty of inside seating as well in case you find it to be a bit too chilly. The guacamole was fabulous!!!

Nice trendy and interesting interior, food was fresh and quite good, margarita was also very good. Fun place with a cool vibe. The only off note was the service which was pretty spotty, more haphazard than lazy. Servers were nice but not around when you needed something. I would still go again...

Very quaint restaurant- outdoor area is secured and well lit. The food was delicious, I had the trip app for an entree. It come with two plantain empanadas, two chicken flautas and two lobster tacos. Each is small, appetizer size but taken together it was a perfect size meal. We also had the corn bread which was sweet and moist.... More
