French toast!!

The breakfast here was delicious. My husband got the lumberjack, which was a ton of food. I ordered the french toast, and it was amazing. Unfortunately, the service wasn't the best. Our waiter wasn't the friendliest, and it took a while for our food to come out. Overall, it was a good place for... read more

The food was excellent!!! However, the service was TERRIBLE. there was only one other table in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get drinks, and they sent the wrong food to our table twice.

I had very high expectations. Food was fresh and good, but I have had better. Omelettes were good, very good french toast. Prices within normal brunch range

I was lucky enough to come on a weekday for lunch with some friends so we didn't have to queue up outside or anything which was good. Because if we had to line up for the meal we had, I likely wouldn't have been as happy with the meal. The food was quite tasty overall but the prices were a... More

We went here for breakfast/brunch on a Sunday and were not disappointed. True American breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and really good pancakes! The portions are generous. The service is good. There was a bit of a line outside when we got there, but we didn't have to wait very long. If you are more than two people you... More

Every visit bring back memories. Back when I lived in New York, I used to be a regular at Good Enough To Eat. Saturdays or sundays – picking up the Times and cueing up for breakfast. I loved it then – I love it now. Great food, terrific atmosphere. My favorite start on any weekend i the city.

Excellent pancakes and omelets. Nice find in upper west side in Manhattan. Service was slow for our table but owner made up for it by automatically giving us a significant discount on entire bill! Food tasted fabulous and bill adjustment made it worth the wait in the end!!

You would be hard pressed to find a cheaper brunch spot in NYC. The food quality is excellent as well. The wait staff leave much to be desired but the overall experience is great. Be prepared to wait for brunch if you go late in the day (10-12). Go early and shouldn't be a problem (9-10).

Had lunch here. It was my second visit. The first time the queue was too long and we were hungry! This was a random weekday lunch and the place had a few tables free. Outstanding Veggie burger. Great service. Has a lovely small town cafe ambience. Worth dropping in if you are in the vicinity.
