We recently visited this restaurant & we thoroughly disgusted by the treatment we received. The experience was all going well until it came time to pay the check. We had been seated promptly. The service had been adequate but nothing outstanding & the food was tasty but over priced. The cheque was presented to us & I duly paid in... More

Great place to eat. Loved the menu. Had a business meeting there and was pleasant. The noise level wasn't too high. The waitress was a little cold, but she could have been having a bad day.

The menu at lunch was quite varied, with salads, sandwiches and main dishes. We were there a long time, as it was a reunion of old friend, who hadn't seen each other in a long time. They were very gracious to us and let us take our time ordering. The food is good, I would visit again to try other... More

Maybe things have changed since my friend and I visited if the other reviews are anything to go by. We came for breakfast for the sheer convenience that this place was across the road from our hotel. The food was good and the turnaround was quick but the service was shocking! We were very aware of the fact that we... More

Great location nestled under the bridge on 42nd St. Fun interior - looks like the inside of a train station. A little pricey, but location is prime. We were there close to the end of lunch rush and it was a bit crowded. Service was good and they had the right balance of leisure time to eat and table turnover.

Went for one day mid morning and were seated right away. Every table was taken, but with quick service the line of people waiting moved quickly. Lots of business people were having their breakfast. We were impressed with how quickly our order was taken and how very quickly our food came. It was one of the best breakfast we have... More

We had breakfast at this nice restaurant - looks a bit like an old station building/cafe, but that's certainly a big +. A short waiting to be seated. From order to our breakfast was served by friendly staff was under 10 minutes. Everything tasted perfect. Good service - coffee/tea refilled a couple of times. In fact we had breakfast twice,... Very nice restaurant under the bridge across Grand Central. Large place, old style, chic. Food was good (I had the steak sandwitch) and server nice. I was our second time there, had a booth both times, we very much enjoyed our meal.

We had breakfast here on our penultimate day in NYC and the breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful. There was slight mistake on the breakfast but they soon rectified and brought out extra on a plate. In terms of value it is NYC prices so expect that premium prices for the location. The decor is good and reminds you... More
