First off, the atmosphere is great! The food was tasty and delicious and timely. The sommelier was great at recommendations and food pairing and new exactly what we'd like based on some past choices. This place is a great restaurant and I recommend to all when in town. All Italian!

Busy lunch rush so explainable but after taking our order we never saw our server again. We had a runner bring us our food (not a problem)but then had to flag down others to clear our dishes, fill our water, and get us our bill. They were so busy you would think they would try and turn tables faster. Our... More

I bring all the out of towners here! It's chill, fantastic food, great location and service is excellent. their pizzas are amazing (get one per person) and their prosciutto starter is ridiculous. Add a moscato at the end, and you're set!

The dining room is pretty small. All tables are super close together. I had them make me plain spaghetti marinara. It was fabulous! The prices weren't outrageous at all. Would eat here again for sure.

We ate here on a very busy Sunday night. The menu seemed a bit limited for a well-regarded restaurant like this. Pizza and ravioli was decent enough, though portions could have been bigger. Dessert of chocolate sponge and peanut butter ice cream was somewhat sickly. All in all, not great value for the price.

My wife and I wanted to get a quick dinner before seeing Blue Man Group. Otto is maybe an 8 minute walk away from the theater so the location was good. The restaurant seemed enormous. We ended up somewhere towards the back (I think.) Our server came quickly and gave us lots of good descriptions of the appetizers and pizzas.... More

Very loud. My husband and I could not talk to each other without shouting. It was so loud we had trouble hearing the server and her, us. We started with a glass of wine and the cheese tray. That was fine, but cheese portions were quite small. Ordered pizza and one of the pastas. They arrived barely warm and our... More

Proper thin pizzas, good value prices, more wines to choose from than you would have thought possible

Very disappointing experience, everything in menu sounds good and looks good but the taste is not what i was expecting from Otto. Had a few appetizers, pizza and over all non of us were happy with our food at all. Maybe the disappointment comes from the fact that there are many outstanding Italian restaurants in NYC and Toronto these days... More

Stay away from this sad excuse for a restaurant. We are regulars and were treated very rudely this evening. Won't be going back. This place does not know the meaning of service and loyalty.
