To say that Michael's was the worst dining experience I have ever had is an understatement. The waitress who served us was very very rude and bordered on aggressive. The food was simply dreadful, when I asked for an allergy substitute I was told that they were too busy for that. I would stay away from this place at all... more

Just returned from 4 days in NYC. My wife made reservations at Michael's more than three weeks ago. On Thursday, Michaels called during the day to reconfirm our reservation.
