One of the few casual chophouses in the Times Square area, this Heartland Brewery combines the rich character of a steakhouse from yesteryear with a modern restaurant sensibility. In addition to a beer-friendly menu specializing in Black Angus beef, you'll find a museum quality collection of pre-Prohibition beer artifacts, including back-bar sculptures, trays, and photographs. Three spacious private dining rooms, all of which have their own separate bars, are available for parties.

Yummy Food

Food was excellent. We each had a steak, done to perfection (rare), sides were great, appetizers hot and quickly served. Very convenient in the theater district. Not sure about all the negative reviews on trip advisor. ........maybe they were all paid off by the competition.

This is not quality food in our opinion. Staff are very nice. Food is basic. Majority of customers dine in shorts and t shirts so don't arrive dressed for dinner. Mains arrived while eating starters! Sent back. Mains returned 20 mins later were cold inside and warm out so we were worried they may not be fresh (looked like a... More

After a day of NYC, I needed a beer! I was not disappointed by the selection. The food was great as well, the kids enjoyed what they got and I savored every bite of my steak

Grabbed a quick bite here before heading to a show. Typical sports bar type food with pleasant wait staff and full bar. Nothing unique or special, but it isn't trying to be. Good burger for me and chicken sandwich for my dining partner.

Nothing special , pricey and full of tourist. Bar are tenders not particularly friendly. Standard bar food and burgers. Beer is ok. If your are near time square and want a quick beer go for it. but I would not go out of my way to seek out this place..enjoy

We used Open Table off the TripAdvisor site to book a reservation. We're staying at a hotel near Times Square. We were greeted by a hostess that quickly sat us at a table of our choosing. Isabelle our server quickly introduced herself and took our order. The beers arrived quickly and we ordered the Chip and Dip. This is basically... More

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
