Myself and 6 other friends had dinner here at 8pm on a Friday night. It was crowded and noisy. The noise wasn't excessive though guess it's natural given the size n amount of ppl dining. We Had to wait in a line to be seated but the wait wasn't long. I hated the steak but my best friend liked it,... More

It took 15 mins for someone to take our drink order. Food was ok for a big city BBQ place, but it's not like home (Carolinas). Portions were healthy so I guess you could say over all value was ok.

I was here in the winter time and recent about a week ago. It was great the service was awesome. Love there sticky chicken wings. Went on Sunday and didn't have to wait for a seat. It wasn't crowded. Really was great.

I am a self proclaimed BBQ expert. This is my meal of choice. Highlights include the hot wings (one of the best sauces I've had), pulled pork and fresh cut fries. Beef ribs were a bit tough, but delicious. The 1/2 chicken was tender. Portions are huge, but the bill was not! Family of 4 including 2 sodas was $65... More

We had less than 30 minutes to eat and make it to our show and this restaurant managed to pull it off beautifully for us, with excellent food! We told them when we walked in that we needed to be out the door in 30 minutes, so they made some recommendations for quick food. I had the taco salad, which... More

Stayed in NYfour nights and this was the worst experience of all in NY. Service at the table was good. Our servant was helpful and understanding. But after waiting for more than an hour and not getting the food, only drinks we hand ordered. It took a while to get some answers, then they lied to us that they had... More

Great location - friendly wait staff - prompt service - delicious food. Just found it by accident and would go again. A bit loud (music) - but we weren't there for a quiet conversation - just good food and then off to more sightseeing.

This is my second time here because my brother insists that every time i'm in NY I have to come here. I ordered the bbq beef rib and lets just say it was the most gorgeous thing I have ever seen or eaten, brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. LoL Food tastes great, big portions and not... Staying in East Village

Neighborhood Profile
East Village
There’s still an independent vibe to the East Village, which offers plenty of unique small businesses catering to longtime New Yorkers and area college students alike. The East Village retains a bit of the old-time neighborhood feel that you can still experience today thanks to a mix of locally-owned shops, cozy restaurants, and lively bars. The scale of the residential blocks makes this a wonderful place to wander up and down the streets searching for the newest hip spot, or an old-school favorite. In the center of the neighborhood, Tompkins Square Park serves as a gathering point for the New Yorkers that call the East Village home. The people-watching here is hard to beat.
