We went here for an early family dinner and we where truly positivly surprised. This genuin italian trattoria has good service, great food and a genuin athmosphere. We whent back a week later and had another great meal. I will go back next time I visit the village.

Loved this place, the owners were so friendly and obviously passionate about their restaurant. We had not made a reservation but we were seated nearly immediately. The service was fab and the food fantastic. They were also very attentive. The restaurant also had a really good atmosphere, it's small but cosy. An all round great dining experience!

The staff is great and the food is better. The only downfall is we waited a little too long for our food. We did come really hungry but even the salad appetizers took a little bit to come out. We ordered a pannini, salad, and a few different pasta dishes. All really hit the spot. It is a pain that... More

We read other reviews and were greatful for the positive posts - they are true. My family (3 of us our daughter is 7 & often suspicious of what her parents suggest at mealtime - the VDP is kid friendly), however, we went to the neighbourhood pre-STOMP for dinner. Despite the bar being festive and cheery (it was Argentina vs... More

Located in the lower east-side, Via della Pace is a quaint Italian restaurant that specializes in cuisine from central Italy. The offer a full-service bar and have a few patio tables for outside dinning. If you have a large party of six or more, call to make reservations because dining space is tight. Entrees are made with fresh ingredients that... More

Saturday June 31st 2014, 7:15pm. We accidentally ran into this place after the 5pm Blue Man Group show. Uncharacteristically of me, I had not investigated this place in any way before visiting this place had no idea of its standing on Tripadvisor. Despite having visited many high priced restaurants in Manhattan during this visit to NYS, this was my favorite... More

Thanks OldDude for your great review! Serving Italian homemade authentic food for reasonable prices in a friendly environment is the key of Via Della Pace. We know that being cash only might cause inconveniences and we are working to accept cards soon to improve our service! Grazie and come back soon! More

We visited this restaurant last week without a reservation. We arrived at 5 pm and it was empty. We were squeezed into a corner table which we had to duck down to get into because of the big screen they were using to watch the World Cup. It had to be the worst table in the room and I'm not... More

We had this restaurant recommrnded by a local tour guide. We booked a table, which was good, as it was full. It was a cosy little Italian restaurant which served amazing Pasta Dishes.
