We stay at the Bryant Park Hotel and this restaurant is a "stone's throw" away. It is a charming building inside and out and perfect for Saturday or Sunday brunch. The eggs Benedict and Challah french toast were delicious. Top it off with a perfect view overlooking Bryant Park.

Without question the restaurants location is magical if in the area. Lots going on in Bryant Park and this is an oasis. It is not a place to go to for fine dinning though. You can get an acceptable meal, expensive for what it is but you are paying for where it's located. My wife had scrambled eggs and smoked... More

I met a friend there for lunch, and it was like stepping into a Henry James novel. Lovely site, lovely ambience, excellent food and service. My only quibble was the price, which was high. And the fact that according to my friend, you simply can't get in without a reservation. Even at the price I'll be back.

We had our Christmas lunch here. It was a set menu with choices for Entrees, main course and desert. I had asked for a window table but we were put in the pavilion attached to the restaurant. This turned out to be better at it had a clear ceiling. Our meals were all good but we asked that they delay... More

Second time to this restaurant and both times we left feeling very satisfied. We took our niece for her 18th birthday. The service was attentive and the food absolutely delicious with choices for every appetite. Our individual choices were varied, from vegetarian to chicken and filet...we all shared and were in agreement, we would have been happy with any of... More

This was a lovely brunch spot on a cold Saturday morning. The food was good and served promptly. I look forward to returning in the early summer when I can dine outdoors.

Our first family Christmas Eve dinner at Bryant Park Grill, New York, didn't disappoint :) Great location, service and food. In summer this venue would be fantastic with its outdoor seating and views over the park. It rained a bit the evening we were there so there was very little activity outside - it was special anyway! Booking on open... More

What do I expect in a Bar/Grill place in a park? Well, not much. Imagine my surprise when I hesitantly entered the Grill at Bryant Park (basically because I needed to go to the toilet) and found the place to be THE BEST PLACE I visited in New York (and believe me, I did go to some fancy, expensive places,... We ate here on Christmas Day. It was a fixed menu, which was totally understandable as they were so busy. The food was great. I had the NY strip steak and it was WAY better than the one I'd had a few days earlier in a posh steakhouse. It was also a lot more reasonably priced. The service was excellent... More
