Adorable staff, good drinks, great ambiance for a sports bar

This is not "fine dining" but it's good food and drink for a sports bar and a really nice ambiance. The staff is really friendly, and the adorable (male) manager seemed to be working his tail off to make sure everyone was having a good time. This is a place for fun.

We've had a *lot* of breakfasts in the US and this was the worst, even crapper than Denny's. The oatmeal was watery and devoid of flavour. The extra banana ($2) didn't arrive until prompted and was 6 browny chunks. The yoghurt granola was almost all yoghurt. The fruit bowl was OK, as was the eggs & toast, although the bacon... More

Just returned from a family trip to New York. This bar was right opposite our hotel and we found it very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were lovely and Skip the owner made us very welcome. The food is fine despite some bad reviews which I don't really understand. We had breakfast eggs benedict which was good. We also... More

Atmosphere is nice. Very relaxed. My husband ordered the ribs that were inedible and had to be sent back. I had grilled chicken with bacon and something that resembled cheese ( it was yellow) I have had a belly ache since.

The food was average, the service was good and it was overpriced like most things in midtown. We stopped before a show on Broadway. It is similar to most places around it. If you are looking for american food that is close to Times Square, this is a solid choice.

We went here after a matinee of " Something Rotten " ironically enough thats what we got . Dry Greasy overcooked food , watery magners and staff hanging over you as you eat , make this a place to give a miss .

I been to this restaurant 3 years ago, and had great food! Went back 3 years later (Aug 2015) and the food was totally different. I had to ask our server if anything changed with the restaurant. To my surprise, the owners changed. Which probably changed the quality, the food, the cooks. Server was very nice though and helpful. Great... More

The restaurant is large and spacious. I visited it in the morning around 8.30 and our group were the only people in there. The restaurant does have a good variety of options to choose from. The service was fair, however the food was lacking in general. The food was quite bland and uninspiring.

I was there this past Saturday before i saw a play. The food was disgusting. Actually the table behind me asked to see the manager for the same reason. They complained their grilled cheese wasnt melted, fries were microwaved, etc. I chimed in to compain as well. The nasty manager all of a sudden didnt speak English and said to... More

Noisy sports bar and dining area but good and plentiful food. Good hamburgers and fries. Friendly wait staff, prompt service. Good beer selection Reasonable but typical New York prices. Would recommend for a fast, fun dining spot!

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
