What ever you do DO NOT EAT HERE! Myself and my husband stopped here for food las Saturday during our honeymoon in New York, we were in New York for 7 nights so tried a different place every evening for dinner and this was by far the worst. On arrival we had to wait for the waiter to finish on... More

We were hungry and as they had football on a big screen, we didn't look further. We had the $12 lunch special which was fine.....BUT weren't impressed at being charged $10 each for a pint of beer. We know that alcohol isn't cheap in the US, but the fact that they like many restaurants don't quote the price of beer... More

My family & I visited Little Italy and went into this restaurant for a late lunch. After seating us, no one greeted us in any way and we found the menu to be unappealing. After about 15 minutes we got up and walked out to find somewhere else. No one even acknowledged we were leaving. With all the choices, I... More

With the amount of choice in Little Italy it's annoying we picked such a bad place. We were promised a fabulous meal, sadly they didn't deliver. Food was poor and tepid at best. Wine was good though.

It seems there was a good reason why those attractive looking sidewalk tables were available. The food was not bad, but not great either. We had the $12 lunch special, so at least we don't feel that we overpaid. At least it was very interesting watching the crowds & characters of Little Italy. We would probably look elsewhere if we... Had the lunch special, spaghetti and meatballs, it was cooked perfectly and the pasta sauce was good. The pizza was very good and the lunch prices specials are $12. The restaurant is in little Italy and surrounded by a lot of other Italian restaurants.

We waltzed in here expecting a traditional Italian meal but were disappointed. The children had pizza which to be fair they did say was ok! But my youngest daughter said she was not going to eat here at all because the table and cutlery was not clean. She didn't eat a thing! I ordered spaghetti and meat balls which I... More

Stay away! You think you can't go wrong preparing Italian food? Think again! We've eaten in many Little Italy NYC restaurants. Tonight we decided to eat at Taormina, because they had beautiful little tables outside. BIG MISTAKE! We were seated by Jose, who turns out to be the brother of the owner. Within minutes, he started yelling at a waiter.... More

For the price we paid for pizza, we shouldve had 2 ANY where else. The service was also slow and just couldnt believe people were actually eating there, but like us, didnt know until after it was too late.

Went to visit little Italy for our last night in NYC- what a mistake that was after visiting this dive. Staff were friendly and promptly seated us, I asked what the specials and I was told. Looked through the massive menu and decided to share starters of calamari and a special stater of mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham for main... More
