They claimed that they have to appeal to the masses, but $25 for a Crown and Coke and 2 generic beers on tap is Terrible!
Maybe i should blame the bad weather and maybe the are understuffed because of the weather and maybe they have more people than expected for a Tuesday night, but the service was terrible. After ignoring me for a bit, i decided to walk in and ask the guy to sit on a table..he didnt bring me a menu..so after a... More
Had lunch here, this place is a bit stuffy, but okay for a hotel lobby restaurant. Staff were friendly. I wouldn't have dinner here with all of the choices right out the front door, but it will suffice for a snack or lunch, especially for a business meeting.
The lobby location was convenient, especially with the bad weather we were having. (Surprisingly, there wasn't an umbrella in our suite). I had made a reservation the day before, for 11:30. Located off the hotel's elegant lobby, offering American and Continental cuisine with French flair in an informal dining atmosphere.
This review is only for their cocktails. I can definitely say that their cocktails are one of the best out there. I enjoyed and still mesmerized by their Cosmo, Martinis, etc. Simply amazing! Great atmosphere and service too.
Beautiful bar in the Barclay Hotel. Excellent service. I hung out with some Hungarian tourists there. We where laughing because they said they couldn't find any Americans who knew where their country was. They where thrilled when I explained that I'd recently visited their country.
Love the hotel. We were staying there for a few days and while waiting for our suite to be readied we had lunch there. The service is impeccable, the food really great, and the wine recommendation was perfect. We had a late afternoon drink and snack there as well on another day and it was equally wonderful. A real respite... More
Conveniently located in the Lobby the restaurant offers a nice array of dishes. Creative dishes nicely presented are the norm there. friendly and attentive waiters to assist and a shout out to the french Manager on duty who took the extra care and offered to check for an address.
We spent a very enjoyable afternoon sampling some of the most innovative, tasty concoctions we have had. The mixologist and bartender Jose was friendly, and prepared everything professionally. The environment is an upscale lobby bar in the intercontinental with friendly staff. The ingredients, include fresh basil, mango, watermelon, thyme opened our senses. The organic cocktails and the calvados were a... More
