But don't be put off. So efficient. You won't wait long at all, though I must say, absolutely everything in Faicco's is worth the wait. So don't be ascared of all the people, they get you in and out. Head over to Washington Square to eat it....wow.

My wife and I were walking around the village and we came here based on previous reviews. We ordered rice balls and a meatball parm sandwich and we ate lunch at near by Washington Square Park. The store was very busy and the service was fast. The food was excellent. We would go back.

We tried this on our food tour recently in NYC and we loved it so much we went back and bought a pound of each and also bought some for gifts. Yum. A definitely must when you're in NYC.

First time here and largely based on reviews. It's a meat market with a sandwich shop in the back. I love that! We had the Italian sandwich and the pesto chicken parm. Both were so good and fresh. Just great units. Here is the deal. They are huge!!! My wife could barely finish half of hers. So maybe split? Ok,... More

Our group of 16 went there with the NY Food Tours, The Original Greenwich Village tour and Robin was our tour guide. We were served their rice ball. Wow I’m 100% percent Italian and forgive me Mom, but theirs was better, it was that good.

I have been going here since I lived across the street in the 70's. Used to have rabbits, etc. hanging in the window. Great then, great now. Not to be missed.

I was in the area for a business meeting and just stopped by. What a great 45 minutes spent. Just a simple sub sandwich but it was amazing. If your in the area just stop by and try one and I'm sure you'll say it was worth time and the money spent!

Oh man, what a place! I came here on a food tour and tried their Sopresatta and their rice balls. The Sopresatta was just perfect and incredibly flavorful and the rice ball was a large, cheesy, deep fried piece of heaven. I will definitely be back to try out their sandwiches and pick up some amazing deli meats!

This is hands down the best Italian sub I have ever had. I sought this place out after reading about it. The place is a butcher shop in Greenich Villiage. I got the Italian special that was full of fresh meats and sweet peppers. The highlight of my trip to NYC.

i stopped to grab a sandwich from this small and unassuming place, following three of NYC's finest who were grabbing lunch (so I thought that this would be a good place). i got the italian sub. it has a lot of brasciole (freshly cut), wonderful sweet peppers, freshly cut tomatoes, a number of other ingredients, all on a nice soft...
