Killer sandwiches

Might need two to finish one of these monster sandwiches. Wish I was in town longer so I could try the different types.

Since we are here at least once a week for cold cuts, olive oil and other essentials, what more can I say except we couldn't live without Faicco's. The guys couldn't be friendlier or more efficient, the place is maintained diligently and beautifully. Bravo, Faicco's!

I have used this place to get ham, cheese and cold cuts. Very good food. Get a great bread at Amy's a few doors down and make your own fantastic sandwich. Eat it at the park on Carmine, Bleecker and 6th Avenue corner. Listen to the fountain and enjoy your food.

If you're a foodie, Italian, or interested in history than faicco's on bleeker street is a must visit. it is one of the old time staunch throwbacks that goes back generations that bleeker street is known for. Ottomanelli Brothers Butchers, Johns Pizza, Murrays Cheese, Rocco's Pastry, Cones Ice Cream -- all on the block between 7th avenue and Avenue of... More

Stopped by for a quick lunch and were not dissapointed. We had a pork sandwich and it was so big and stuffed with layers of pork that it was difficult to eat. But the taste was great. I would recommend that you split a sandwich though, because it is that big!

This place is the real deal...you can't go wrong with anything you buy here. Not only are the meats and deli and prepared foods fresh and delicious, but the guys behind the counter are terrific. I usually go in for one or two items and walk out with a shopping bag full of things I didn't know I needed until... More

This is the best Pork store in NYC in my opinion. Besides being on Bleeker Street forever they sell the greatest Italian specialty food items in NY. Their Palma is fresh. The Mozzerella is fresh made daily and melts in your mouth. Go in hungry and take out for a few days meals.

Great food, good dudes working there, cool old school Italian shop. We had the italian special, chicken parm and meatball parm subs. All were very good and huge. Everything there looked delicious. Best of all, the service is top notch. Highly recommend you make a special trip to this shop. Its located in a really neat neighborhood as well.

This pork store has not changed much in all the years I have been shopping here. The offerings are consistently delicious. The quality of the food is always excellent and the staff is friendly and professional. They really know their business. The store is spotless and a pleasure to shop here. Staying in West Village

Neighborhood Profile
West Village
Stretching from Sixth Avenue to the Hudson River, the West Village is one of the city’s most coveted addresses. Full of trendy shops, historic taverns, and cozy restaurants set amid 19th century architecture, this neighborhood has a unique old-world feel. You won’t find a more picturesque location in Manhattan. Without the traditional city grid layout, it’s easy to get lost here, but that’s part of the fun as you stroll down elegant narrow streets with beautiful brownstones. When you need a break, you can always stop in at one of the many quaint eateries or cafes to soak in the atmosphere, or head to the western edge of the neighborhood to enjoy magnificent waterfront views while taking a leisurely walk in Hudson River Park.
