We stopped at the Blue Fin in Times Square - I think 46th and Broadway. We sat at a small table in front of the window that looks out at TKTS and times square. I ordered a "blue fin" Martini which is BLUE and has a little red Swedish fish floating in it! It was great and the view was... More

The food was fantastic...Blue Fin specializes in seafood and sushi. The service was very friendly and timely. The live piano + bass jazz was a real treat and really set the mood. This was an excellent choice for our 10-Year Anniversary. For dessert, get the Monkeybread!

My favorite seafood restaurant in NY city. Wonderful seafood with a wide selection at not ridiculous prices. The atmosphere is very modern and classy. We especially like to sit upstairs where they also have a jazz player.

We got in late so we wanted to find a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel: we were in NYC to see a couple of shows and staying in the Times Square area. A manager at the reception desk suggested the Blue Fin Seafood and Sushi Bar, which is one of about 20 seafood restaurants operated by the same... More

The restaurant is nice, located in the W Hotel in Times Square. The ambiance is fine, if not a bit drab. The food is very good and we both had the salmon which, although my wife's dish having to be returned for slight undercooking, was tasty and good. Service was excellent and because the restaurant felt bad about the salmon,... More

We had a leisurely pre-theatre dinner here. The food was acceptable, but not wonderful. Spouse's potato-leek soup was good (it was a daily special), but the salmon was (as always) overdone. I asked for my tuna essentially raw, and got it that way, so no harm done, but the sauce it came in was insipid. But the food here is... More

The signature shellfish dish was superb! The balcony which serves 1-2 was perfect for 3 ladies enjoying a light dish and some wine!

Food was very good but the ambience was excellent - especially in the bar. Their windows are ceiling to floor and wall to wall. Drinks were very good - - and pricey. But that is New York ! Tables are extremely close to each other - so you get to get friendly with others if you like.

We had Sushi which was fresh and good, but quite expensive. The place was also cooled down very much which made the dinner rather unconfortable.
