We had some trouble finding the new location of the Roxy on 8th Ave. We visit this deli every time we are in the city and I am glad they have maintained the same atmosphere. The food was great, the corned beef was delicious and more than we could eat. The servers were very friendly and willing to put the... More

This was never one of my favorite delis in the city, but as it was in the middle of Times Square and my wife liked the place we would go there when in NY. The corned beef was good, the chopped liver pretty good. However, on our recent visit to the city for Christmas fun, we discovered it had moved... More

I have always loved new York city, and rarely do I ever encounter a rude and inconsiderate person in well known establishments, however a friend and I went into roxy and seated ourselves st the bar for a relaxing beverage after trudging through a very rainy day in nyc. Granted we looked awful, frizzy hair, smudged eyeliner and just overall... More

We were disappointed that Roxy moved and it is now a Radio Shack! We found their new location on 8th Ave. across from Shake Shack. The blue cheese burger was very good. The veggie burger was one of the best I have ever had. This restaurant was not busy like other restaurants in Times Square which was nice for a... More

We always went to the Roxy when we were in NYC for their amazing cheesecake! I loved just looking in the window at all the delicious choices. We even took a whole cheesecake home one year. We walked to the Roxy and now it was a Radio Shack!!! We looked on the website and couldn't find where it had moved... More

Husband and I were looking for a bite to eat and of course all good places had lines. We came across Roxie's. I had a hot dog (seemed salty) and a tomato mozzarella plate and it was bland. Husband had a burger and it def wasn't the worst or best.

After a full day of sightseeing we were tired and hungry. We wanted to go to the Shake Shack across the street but the line up was very long. We should've known when there was nobody inside at such a busy place that there was something wrong here. They charge a seven dollar sharing fee and include the gratuity in... More

I found it to be expensive for the quality and quantity, but it is in NYC, so it is to be expected. The food was ordinary and nothing to rave about. The place could use a make-over. The desserts in the window looked good so we took some filled croissants to go only to find they were greasy and smashed... More

Enormous helping of cheesecake, ended up having to take half home with me. I would steer clear of most of everything else but honestly, I dream about that cheesecake. Try the Snickers one!
