Amsterdam Cafe is a sub-par establishment that masquerades as a trendy bar. The wait staff is pretentious and arrogant, and the food is overpriced and mediocre at best. I went with a group of about 10 friends for happy hour today to celebrate my fiancee's finishing of her Ph.D. qualifying exams, and after we ordered a round of drinks, one... more
