Angelo's is a really nice restaurant. I only went there twice, but I couldn't find a single complaint. The staff are friendly and helpful and I didn't have to wait to be seated, or wait long for the food. Try the Spaghetti. Its the best I have ever had. The Pizza's are excellent too. No refill drinks though, surprisingly.

After traipsing around Central Park & other places, we were looking for a good pizza/Italian place with seating & reasonable prices. This was it! Food was great. Servers were fantastic. Our bill was perfect.

If you like NY style pizza Angelo's will not disappoint. It is my second favorite but so close to the Salisbury Hotel that I always go there instead of going to Brooklyn to Grimaldi's who gets my number one vote. Believe me when we travel we learn where the best pizza is located and we eat there. There are two... More

After trooping around the sights all day we decided to give our feet a rest and give Angelos a try. It was right by our hotel (Salisbury) so why not. So glad we did as everyone left happy and bursting at the seams. The calamari starter fed two easily and the four younger ones among our party of 8 shared... More

I had a Calzone and I was not impressed. The thing was filled with cream cheese, but very little prosciutto and vegetables. Service was fine, beer was cold, Calzone poor.

Went in search of good NY pizza and were not disappointed! The staff was friendly, our order came quick. Crispy. Fresh cheese. Real ingredients. Fresh basil. We devoured it. We ordered ice waters for the table and 2 large pizzas, dinner for 5 people for 40.00 plus a tip. Can't beat the price or quality. Will most definitely come again.... More

Our Concierge recommend this spot and she nailed it! The Ceaser salad had huge shaves of fresh parm and the dressing was great. The pizza is just like they said it would be, thin and blackened! Gotta finish my dinner, but had to comment....

Everyone not FROM New York has heard so much about New York Pizza, well this was the perfect place to experience one for the first time. It was AMAZING! There was no wait, the server was very friendly and didn't make us feel like stupid tourists when we were ordering. We got to sit at a table that looked out... More

The other stjff on the menu looked good but the pizza... yummy. Not bad atmosphere and good service but the pie was soo good and I love good pizza. Doesn't have an attractive facade but it "New York Clean" inside and the staff is friendly. Pizza is as expensive as anything else in the big Apple but this place felt... More

Went to Angelo's for dinner while in New York, the folks that went with me had never been to NYC and have only eaten Pizza, well, not on the east coast. Not everyone ate pizza, some had pasta, all had wine and everyone enjoyed their meal! The pizza was perfect, just the right amount of everything and the crust was... More
