Great cuisine and fast service. The caprese is lovely, and the eggplant parmigiana is tasty and a good portion. The pizzas are excellent! Reasonable prices, too.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 2:30 for a late lunch. Place was pretty full but we were seated right away. Our service was very good, prompt and friendly but not too chatty. We shared the best caprese salad I have ever had (husband thought it needed salt) and a delicious calzone (great crust, which probably makes their pizzas... More

Best pizza in NYC without a doubt. I went here 10 years ago and it stuck in my memory so we went to find it again and it absolutely did not fail to satisfy me! We shared an absolutely gorgeous 17" pizza. It's the nicest pizza I've probably ever had and my boyfriend totally agreed. It is flavoursome and fresh... More

This pizzeria is located next door to the Ed Sullivan Theater, so from a location stand-point, it's very convenient. The restaurant layout is odd, as you have just a few very small tables downstairs (where you freeze every time the door opens during the winter), and then upstairs there a much larger dining area. We've been at least 4 times,... More

Angelo's was right next door to our hotel so we decided to give it a go. We ordered a pizza for takeaway and it was absolutely lovely! Whilst we waited we ordered drinks at the bar and chatted to the bar staff who were very friendly and helpful. We thought it was good value for money too.

The food in this place was absolutely delicious, I've never tasted such and good pizza before! The service was great, even when it started to get busier, and the price for the food was very reasonable. The only thing which wasn't so great was the decor, but that didn't matter because there was still a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Did not have the pizza. The food otherwise was very good. The service is ok - the restaurant is popular so the wait staff are busy, but attention could be more keen. The noise level is too much though.

We were greeted immediately and seated by the front window. The menu was limited but there was a variety of pasta, seafood, chicken and more. We both had the homemade whole wheat pasta primavera. It was incredible. The service was fast and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Angelo's pizza was delicious but the pasta dish I had there was even better. I don't remember the name of the entree but it consisted of a creamy wine sauce with wild mushrooms served over a generous portion of homemade pasta. Fabulous!

Even at lunch time there was a table available. The service was quick and their food was excellent. Pizza was reasonable along with any pasta dishes.
