Really cozy and wonderful Italian restaurant. It was SOOO BUSY and yet the servers and cooks are like machines in there. The food comes out promptly, the server checks in regularly, and everything we ordered was perfect. We started with a grilled eggplant and artichoke appetizer that was so delicious and perfect for two people to split. My husband got... More

We had very attentive and courteous service. Restaurant was busy too. Good pizza. Love the Klamata olives!! As others have reviewed, restrooms need help. Would visit again for the brick oven pizza.

Maybe it's the heat of the coal-fired oven that makes Angelo's pizza crust so good. Whatever it is, the pizza crust is exactly the way I like it: thin, but not so thin that it won't hold up to some toppings: crisp, but not like a cracker; well-browned, but not burned. Perfect. We went for a late night dinner after... More

There are so many good restaurants in New York and why did we end up in this poor restaurant we will never know.... The manager was not even gracious when complaints and observations are made.... the quality is more like a supermarket pizza !! we have eaten all over the world and can recommend for the price and the selection... Nice pizza place centrally located near to Time Square. Brick Pizza Oven with blackened crust is really nice. Simple good quality toppings. Service was a bit laid back and restaurant wasn't spotless but I think that's because it is very busy. All in all it's a good pizza in simple surroundings at a fair price.

Angeles is a great place for all! No dislikes, so far. For us it is also convenient when traveling with grandchildren and if there is no seating, we do take out!!!

Visited Angelo's for Dinner, the food was simple but ok for the price, however the service wasn't great and we had to repeat the drinks order 3 times, with significant delay. The biggest complaint was the standard and cleanliness of the toilets, this was not acceptable and put into question the grade A hygiene rating shown in the front window.

Spent the day in Central Park and found this place. The pizza is brick oven and the restaurant has a family feel. We had a traditional pepperoni pizza and it delicious. Topped with basil...a nice touch.

Awesome spot for pizza at the Ed Sullivan theater! They provided us with a delicious pizza and lasagna with a classic New York feel. We went on a Wednesday at 7pm and waited maybe 10-15 minutes max for our food once we ordered. We would definitely go again!

If you like brick oven Pizza, give Angelo's a try. They are always busy, have very fast service and the pizzas great. I have eaten there many times and while it may be noisy here and there, it is a testament to the volume of business they deserve.
